The decor is nice. Spacious sections in the back. The seafood quesadilla was good and a good portion by it self. They had to use lump crab because they ran out of the crab they usually use, which was good for me. They also ran out of the quesadilla tortilla. So they had to use 4 soft taco tortilla, which was also fine with me. I like that they made it work after asking me if it was okay. The mac n cheese was cheesy and a good side portion. The waiter was nice and gave great service. The music was good, but please note there is no dj, just a cd... so you can't make a song request or change the music based on the crowd... fortunately I enjoyed the music. Parking lot is the hotel lotI would return to support this black business.

Didn't know this place even existed until I was invited to celebrate a birthday here last week! The place is not clearly marked. They're located inside a hotel. There's a decent size parking lot, but it can be quite busy and congested. Luckily, I found a spot right in front. This place is a whole vibe!! The DJ was on point.They had happy hour specials until 8 p.m. Since I was there for a party, they had a few sections in the back reserved. Our server, Sherry, was great! Kudos!! I've been here a few times and the vibe is nice. They have some booths for private seating, some tall tables and bar area. They also have more seating on the back side of the restaurant. It's attached to hotel and there was plenty of parking.The service was great and the severs were very attentive.I ordered fries, old bay chicken wings, and shrimp. The fries were ok if you like the boardwalk style. The chicken wings were good and fried perfectly. The shrimp was a nice size but it was really lacking in flavor and tasted oily to me. The frozen Rose was a little too sweet for me but the people with me enjoyed it a lot. Overall, the drinks and atmosphere was nice.

I booked the location based on the recommendations online. I reserved a few sections here (3) and ordered catered food from the menu for my daughter's graduation celebration. The best thing about the entire experience was our waitress. The food was not kept warm. There were no sternos provided although we ordered the food at the location because we were not allowed to bring food in. $200 worth of food that was wasted largely because it was not kept hot and we only received one round of plates as plates and silverware were never replenished. We ordered chicken, green beans ( not good ) , and rice. We had no more plates or forks so we couldn't even eat the rice or green beans when the plasticware ran out and we were just eating the chicken with our hands and a napkin. Food was to be out at 9pm but wasn't served until I asked about it at 9:38pm. Very poor food service. Would not at all recommend you order the catered food. Ambiance...they have armed security and the location is inside of a Quality Inn Hotel. Set up is really cute but the DJ played really old music that didn't match the audience. Although we reserved sections the entire area is not monitored so we had random people trying to take food from our table all night and they close at 12pm which was not disclosed when I reserved the space.Reservation paperwork is not a thing. You will not have a contract or get any receipt for your payment. Very unnerving and stressful because each time you call you have to remind people of your event and name and no payments are made in advance. Drinks are super mediocre. I recommend shots since we had several cocktails that didn't taste like what we ordered and also had minimal alcohol content so we felt like it was not even a drink. I was very disappointed and would not at all recommend for an event. They have good reviews for just the bar experience. The event experience at $175 per section was trash. Definitely don't spend your money here. Not ok my friends.

So I went for a day party for my brother inlaw and boy. Oh boy, was it packed it is inside of the quality inn hotel, so the parking is crazy, I did not eat but they do serve food and it look like it was tasty, the atmosphere is a whole vibe but it is a small space for the huge turnout. I don't like to be in crowded spaces and keep being pushed. They do have sections you can ge, but they're still close. But it is a nice mixed crowd older crowd.

Wink and Kelly's is a very nice black owned business. The food is very good. Gratuity is already added. The DJ is outstanding. It's a casual place and they do have security. They do a lot of events there so check them out.

Let me tell you hold on to your hats and shoes because this place right here is all that and a bag of chips lol 1st time here thought I was dreaming food on point atmosphere/ music is alllll that!!! Dag! Thought I died a went to heaven!!!! $5 Happy hour I came on a Wednesday yup HUMP DAY! Owner Winky working on an outdoor dining area! Much needed all businesses that are Businesses need that!!! Love this spot!!! Bar tender on point lots of space for hosting a party, wedding or just enjoying LIFE!!! Bon Appetite! Service is the best customer always first!! Where u at!!!!

Finally went to Wink and Kelly's for the first time last week. Immediately walking in you can hear the DJ playing back to back hits which was a major plus. The menu is simple but has a good selection of options. I got the egg roll trio which was delicious, chile wings and a Mai tai. To top it off the service was exceptional! I'll definitely be back

Coming from city of Philadelphia, We moved our son to the Baltimore area to attend HBCU, not to far from Wink & Kellys. We stumbled across this place which has become our go to spot. My wife is very picky about food and she had no complaints. We have only good things to say about this place. I love the music, food, and ambiance. Whenever we make plans to visit our son, Wink and Kelly's becomes apart of the routine. It's located in the Quality Inn Motel and definitely worth the visit. Located off 695, Security Blvd exit.Eric

Ordered my food and they confirmed my order. The time updated to about 35 minutes for delivery. My dasher waited 35-40 minutes for my order only to be told that it has been canceled. This is a very unprofessional establishment and I will never recommend nor order from this place again. Very disappointed.
