My experience was terrible from start to finish. I placed an order over the phone. The man who took my order repeated the order to me and it was correct. However, some time between repeating it and entering it in the system, he got it wrong. So, my food was wrong when it was delivered. Speaking of delivery, that was terrible too. The delivery driver refused to bring my food to the door. I was visiting a friend who stays in a townhouse. So, it's not like the driver had to walk inside a building then up to an apartment. There are about 5 steps leading from the street to the front door. He simply had to meet me at the door. I came to the door after he called my cell and I was expecting him to be on the porch with the food. He wasn't. Instead, he was sitting on the street. He hollered to me from his window that he wasn't getting out the car and that I needed to walk down to the street to grab my food. I don't know what the issue was. The food was already paid for. So, no one was going to stiff him. He claimed that he wasn't allowed to get out the car (which I know was a lie because my friends order from this place often). So, I went back inside, grabbed a pair of shoes and a jacket, then walked down the steps and out the yard to get my food. In the time it took me to do all that, he could have simply brought my food to the door. He didn't attempt to meet me at the gate to the yard or even get out the car. He just sat there and handed me my food through his driver window. When I got inside, I opened my food and it was wrong. I immediately called them to see how we could fix this and they were less than helpful. They refused to send me the correct food or give me a partial refund since they sent the wrong food. They admitted that it was a mistake on their part, yet they refused to remedy it. Instead, they offered me a discount on the next purchase. I asked them why I would want to spend MORE money with them when they wasted my money on my first time patronizing their establishment? They made a mistake, sent me the wrong food, and still expected me to pay for it. They didn't want to negotiate and when I told them I would rather resolve it with them and not have to dispute it with my bank, they hung up on me.I won't order from them again. They are unprofessional and customer service at this establishment is non-existent.

Ugh god. Half of our order was forgotten. The philly CHEESEsteak sub we got had NO cheese?! The wings were alright. They definitely need more sauce to them. Overall, it obviously wasn't the best experience and based on other reviews I can understand why. Plus, we called to let them know half our order wasn't here and they said we could either go pick it up or too bad. WHAT?! We just paid for them to bring it over?! Just ridiculous.

Three strikes, you're out. Food was missing from the order AGAIN and they seem to have a serious issue with sending a 20oz bottle of coke. The driver says to me "you ordered more than one so I brought you a 2 liter". I didn't WANT a 2 liter or I would have ordered a 2 liter! Will not be ordering from here again, for sure.

I ordered from here they got my order wrong refused to fix it or even a discount on the price. The food is lacking they barely put sauce on their buffalo wings they are slow to deliver and their supposed to be overstuffed subs are just the opposite they are way understaffed subs. You could feed them an infant and they would still be unsatisfied.

I order chicken tender meal and half cheese steak sub for me and a friend. We were waiting on our order when the driver called me I was already getting prepare prepared to meet him at the door of my apartment complex.Immediately aggressive, hostile towards me, started asking me to come to the car when I was standing outside asking him to bring me my food while on the phone with the restaurant mind you.Started cursing me out of my name, discriminating against me because of the area I live in which is pretty lite at night with the street lights. Told me, I had an attitude just because I had said I am not coming fully outside, I didn't have a coat on also the other drivers have no problem meeting in front of the apartment complex. He threw items out the car didn't hang me my food made me come to the car with the food bag already open. When I called the restaurant I heard everything the driving was saying to me when I spoke to however about this incident they said the restaurant was closed and call back tomorrow. I said no I want to talk to someone one in charge a manager me and my friend was completely disrespected, disgusted, the false advertisement, the cold food and open bag we couldn't eat it. Me and my friend did not eat our food because of the safety risk but also a person like that can be that ignorant, discriminative to someone else for no reason I don't want them touching my food. How are you going to stereotype a neighborhood but your restaurant operates in the hood which you do not being good service constantly anyway. Seems like to me this place should be shut down permanently.I already put in a complaint with the third party app, also will be calling the health department because of safety risk this restaurant operates. Do not eat from this restaurant they are good of undervaluing their customers but the food is not good or uncooked and you won't get help from a manager.

Stay away!! The rudest and most disrespectful business. My order was missing 3 items. Raymond told me it wasn't a big deal, and I can drive there to get the items if I wanted to. The Turkey sub had 2 pieces of meat on a roll. Which he clarified is the only thing they put on the sub.... NEVER ORDER from this joke of a restaurant.
