Wendy's Pupuseria

I had been watching the former site of Taste of the Caribbean in my very nearby shopping center, and today, the Grand Opening sign was up.Bright, airy space with cultural hangings on the walls. The menu includes all the dishes you would expect, Spanish with English translations. I tried the chicken stew. Two tender juicy breast portions with a subtle tomato based sauce that didn't overwhelm the meat and had surprising depth of flavor when I tasted it by itself. The tamarindo had a nice balance of sweet and tart. The soft, thick tortillas of nixtamalized masa boded well for the papusas, which I look forward to trying. Found about this place on tiktok! Had to go in person and try authentic El Salvadorean food! Let me tell you, I was very pleased and blown away by the Salvadorean Dish serves here at this cozy little place. Great Prices, great portion, and tasty. The Pupusas MUST try! Specially the Rice Pupusas, my favorite Pork, Beans, and Hot chettos! Just wow! If you are craving for Real El Salvadorean Food? This is the place to GO!! You won't be disappointed

Wendy's Pupuseria is really good. I was in the mood for Salvadoran food after the conclusion of the University of Maryland football game. I discovered this place on Yelp and decided to place an order. The parking lot has many spots for patrons. As you walk in the restaurant, you are met with amazing food aromas. The pupusas here are phenomenal. I would recommend getting or lunch or dinner at Wendy's Pupuseria.

i ordered panes de pollo from here friday! i live no less then 3 mins from this location. when i arrived nobody was in the front register i had to wait about 5-8 mins, as i waited patiently i saw tables havent been cleaned up yet, the floor was sticky and it was downtime on a friday afternoon 6:30ish! eventually the cashier came and asked for my order name i gave it to her and i noticed my food was sitting in the window. i paid and went home as i opened my order and touched the chicken it was ice cold!!!! not warm at all. i immediately call the store and tell the cashier my food was ice cold she said what do you want me to do? as if... you can't offer a replacement or a courtesy drink for your bad service. i was upset and didnt even want to deal with her at the store. i heated up my food at home because she hung up on me and didnt answer.
