Vinzini's Pizza & Subs

They just delivered and forgot an order of fries that we ordered. They wouldn't even offer to refund the item, all they could do was offer a credit for the next time. There won't be a next time so I got charged for an item I didn't get...

Service is friendly and fast. We've ordered subs, pizza and wings. Always good! Never disappointed!

Always excellent food and super fast delivery! This is our go-to delivery place. LOVE LOVE LOVE their old bay fries (number one ranking). Super great customer service. Pizza is super good, nice thick crust and just enough sauce. Hubby loves the subs- he is never disappointed. Big portions, small prices.

Ooh boy. Just don't even bother. They have a hidden fee applied to all pizzas a " cheese charge" and another hidden fee if you use your credit card.Went and attempted to speak to the owner twice left my number twice to make it right with 0 return call.Not to mention my food was gross and old looking. With pizza like this for 30+ I should have just went to 711

Horrible pizza and customer service. I haven't gone to Vinzini's in 20+ years, because they went downhill, but I decided to give them another try. It sounded like I woke them when I called, and when I asked about their carry out specials, the guy told me they're giving 10% off today. I ordered an xl pizza which came to about $18. I stopped in to pickup my pizza, and they racked on an additional .77 cents for a service fee. I asked the kid what is the service fee for, and he pointed to the card reader, and said he doesn't really know. When I went to leave, a guy was coming in, and instead of letting me out, kept walking by me, basically pushing me to the side. Come to find out he works there, and possibly the owner. What a jerk. Anyway, the pizza was garbage. Bad cheese, sauce, and dough. The pepperoni is the only thing that had a decent taste. I will never go back to this place again. I don't even know how they're still in business.

If you want a cheesesteak here you're gonna get a hotdog with no heads-up, my lady got a calzone with no sauce in it, ricotta cheese instead, what the f***? What a joke. Go here drunk. It'll be more entertaining if you want to gamble your dinner. I'll throw 30 bucks to the first guy that gets handed cat food smothered between two pieces of bread.

great food, long time family restaurant in Pasadena. Cheesesteaks are amazing, nuggets are fantastic.

Some of the best pizza in town, and the nicest people. We Love getting food from here. The Pizza is a must have order it well done.

Plain very bland tasting pizza not much meat on the subs can't give any kind of decent review it's been a couple of times in a row and terrible, sorry sure some People like it just not me.

So I started to order a large italian cold cut sub from Vinzini's (Pasadena, MD) website which was listed for $8.99 ($9.53 with tax) and got to the checkout procedure and decided I didn't want to provide my personal info (email and phone number) so I decided to call-in the same order. The man on the phone was pleasant, but he told me the total would be $12.71. I can't figure out why there would be a 33% price increase by ordering by phone versus ordering online.
