Vida Taco Bar Severna Park

I really want to love Vida Taco Bar, but unfortunately, the food just doesn't do it for me. I've tried several different tacos, hoping to find something that stands out, but nothing has made me excited to come back for the food alone.That said, the margaritas are fantastic, and the atmosphere is lively and fun--definitely a good spot to gather with friends. It's more of a trendy, bougie taco bar than an authentic Mexican restaurant, so it depends on what you're looking for.If you're in the mood for a great margarita and a fun vibe, it's worth a visit. But if you're craving standout tacos or authentic Mexican flavors, this might not be the place.

Great drinks, cool atmosphere, and good food. Warning- NOT authentic Mexican food. The tortillas are not made in house and tacos are not authentic at all but it's still a great happy hour spot. Purple drink is my absolute fav!! Order one, you won't regret it. The tacos are different, more of a fusion take on tacos. I like the Thai basil shrimp and scallop taco. Similar to other reviews, portions are small so don't come super hungry or you'll spend a fortune. Haha.

I met my friend here for taco Tuesday recently. She spoke highly of this place as her second favorite taco spot. I loved that they had an indoor/outdoor patio seating so we were able to take in the beautiful day. We ordered the trio appetizer of queso, guacamole & salsa to start. For our drinks, I ordered the Vida Purple Drank and she ordered the Vida margarita. I loveddd my drink so much, my gf tried it and attempted to take mine lol. Needless to say, I ordered a second and so did she. The tacos I ordered were just okay to me. I had a Pacifica taco, paprika shrimp fajita taco and a scallop taco. All sound yummy but something was off. I'm not opposed to going back and trying some other variations of tacos but the Vida Purple Drank is a must!

Great fancy tacos! Service was great. Best Smokey margarita I have ever had! It is my go to place for fancy tacos and a great margarita.

Tacos are good but service was mediocre and the kitchen took about 50 minutes to prepare our order. A bit ridiculous considering that I have been to fine restaurants that took less time to prepare a fantastic meal. Here is the part that really gets me peeved. Service recovery is not saying "I'm sorry" 4 or 5 times. You do something for the customer that compensates them for the problem ...a free drink, a dessert, a coupon for a future visit. Apparently that attention to customer service is rare.

The tacos are good, especially the shrimp, steak, and pork belly. I like having the large water bottle for the table. The tacos are small, and do not have hard tacos. Buying the Trio of Sides for $13 dollars, the sauces are good but you do not get enough chips. The chips should come in a large bowl or basket not a small aluminum cup and should get unlimited chips.

I really like this place for Taco Tuesday. The tacos are good, and they have a variety. The staff is very nice, regardless of when you go. The drinks they made were both virgin and alcoholic. The waiter had a good understanding of flavor profiles and was able to recommend the best sauces for the tacos. I think I really liked the fact that there was a discount on Tuesdays. that is enough reason for me lol. The place is nice and clean, I like the artwork, that really draws me in.

Meh this place is okay. Its really a place to gather with friends and socialize with their fabulous margaritas! I think their drinks are the best thing they have to offer they are made so fresh and are fantastic, the food however is underwhelming and extremely overpriced for the portions. The appetizers are especially small and pricey, not good for sharing at all. Tacos are good but small and none of them making me want to come back for more. Overrated!

A smidge pricey for not a ton of food. Their tacos are unreal though. Splurge and try their guacamole, I was pleasantly surprised! Life hack is squeeze some lime on the chips for a hint of lime chip! They are great working with me with celiac disease. They bring my tacos separately from the flour tortillas. I've never had a cross contamination issue!

A taco place that doesn't even make their own tortillas? Huh?!?! Packaged tortillas for a taco place is really lazy. Shame.
