I have ordered a few times from here... excellent Strombolis, Subs, Pizza... but sadly , they either cannot or wont make the fries VERY VERY VERY WELL DONE , EXTRA EXTRA CRISPY... fries were barely cooked , definitely not crispy or well done... and also asked for No ketchup... had a handful of packets in bag...

Our visit was pretty enjoyable ! The food was great the pizza was delicious and very good. The service was lackluster and truly it wasn't busy enough to have bad service , no drink refills , ordered second drink came after the check was dropped off. Overall food is great , server not so much.

I wouldn't go here. I got a cheese steak which was pretty much tasteless. The lady who takes orders ( I assume is the owner) went from handling cash to talking on the phone straight to making pizzas with out washing her hands or using gloves. However they do have good prices that's the only upside

I enjoy the food here. Descent subs, delicious pizza and good wings. Not the best I've ever had of any of these items but tasty nonetheless.Delivery is always accurate and fast. I've used them several times. Don't go for the crab cake sub though, it's nasty. Won't fault them because routinely crab cake sub are hit or miss.Go online to see the coupon deals.

I love honey old bay wings and I used to get them from America's best wings but NEVER AGAIN!!! Universal has the absolute best party wings ever. They are fried perfectly, so juicy and flavorful. It's a family run business and they truly care about their customers. Prices are very reasonable, they deliver, food is always hot. I promise you will be back.

I'm sorry I would order from here for our soccer team most Friday nights.. it was decent food for the price... yeah now.. every portion is super small for the fries down the onion rings, and mozzarella sticks and the price almost doubled!?? WTH?? They are kinda rude when you deal with them in person too. Place went straight to SHIP!! The register guy has dirty fingernails on top of everything else! Why would you serve more severely ship-Ty food, less meat on your subs, n charge for everything including condiments ?? You lost a good customer, moving on! Too $$$$ for what you get
