Driving down the road and BBQ flags up ahead mmmm that sounds good!stopped and found a food truck/trailer talked to the owner he said he just opened. All I can say is WoW what flavor, we had the brisket and pulled pork both were great! got a chance to eat a beef brisket burger at a food truck festival. It was tender, juicy and overloaded. The only thing i remembered from the festival is Uncle B BBQ. Their food is solid and very reasonable priced. Will look for it when I am in the area.

Best food truck in the state! I been to uncle Bs after hearing about his truck from family and friends. Each time I go there's always something new. I even had them do a event at my cookout. Very good prices for very good food. Thanks Uncle B !

I've only had the brisket and the stuffed jalapeño bacon and the taste and price literally kicks out mission bbq out of the room! I need to venture out as I'm sure everything else he has is just as delicious! His brisket though is tender and tasty like no other I know you can purchase anywhere else local! This food truck will NOT disappoint! So make sure to stop by when he's around!

Excellent bbq!! Spontaneously dropped by on a Friday night and picked up a rib box for my husband and mixed meat box (chicken and pulled pork) for me. Got both with the green beans and mac n cheese. Everything was amazing! My husband kept commenting how good each item was then asked why we hadn't tried this food truck sooner! Will keep this business in mind if I ever need catering services!

Tonight we ordered 4 meals it was tastey. I got pulled pork with scalloped potatoes and potato salad. I didn't like the sides but I'm just so picky and my tastebuds are too. I will go back to try other sides and possibly the boneless chicken. My husband liked the bacon wrapped jalapeño's. Thank you to the man running the truck much appreciated. The food wasn't dry! Go give this food truck your money I promise you won't be disappointed.

I ordered a rack of ribs and the mac and cheese!! The ribs where outstanding and the mac and cheese was really good as well! I would definitely recommend them for the ribs all day long! Can't wait to catch up to them again to try the rest of there menu!
