Ultrazone is the Ultimate Laser Tag Game
You will see the sign clearly states all day pass with no exception noted.
Cool arcade with multiple games while you wait for your game
Just the entrance
Usually not crowded and has 25 minute games

Had a good time, better to have more than a couple people though. Got some great deals on groupon, 2 games for two people for $18. a little hard to find, its on the lower level below the food court. the laser tag room is big and i like the power ups you can get during the game. we didn't try the arcade but it looked pretty cool. shoutout to the worker who let us use groupon's for a different location since the other one was closed that day. if another groupon appears we may go back.

Always my 1st choice to play laser tag in the city! Convenient hours, great pricing and deals, and a fun course. I've brought kids I was baby sitting and even hosted a party myself. Staff is always nice and helpful, Mya was a great help!

Let me add to the bad reviews, and STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!Bought an all day pass and a few hours into use of the pass we were told all day did not mean all day anymore. The signage clearly states all day with no exception noted. So don't go here ever.

We had a birthday party here. While the laser tag was enjoyed by all, what was not enjoyed was being rushed throughout the whole party. We came out of playing a game and found that our grandparents were told they needed to clean and pack up. Not only did we find this extremely rude but frustrating as it was not told to the party parents. Additionally, in the hussle of rushing around, we lost some presents. Tried calling and couldnt get ahold of anyone. Frustrating.

Pros:+ Large laser tag arena with lots of special features (bases, power-ups)+ Located in a mall, so plenty of food options+ Unlimited play ("Power Play") for $15.99 on Friday/Saturday nights 8pm to midnight+ You can basically guarantee being on the same team as your friends if you sit together in the briefing room+ Wide selection of arcade games in the waiting area, including DDR+ Nice, enthusiastic staff, and the players were also pretty friendly+ Bathrooms located right across the hall from the arenaCons:- Mall location was sort of sketchy- You don't get to choose your in-game code name- On weekends, the mall closes much earlier than Ultrazone, so there is a lack of food and beverage options if you play lateCame here with a party of 5 on Saturday night for the unlimited play from 8pm to midnight. They start selling that at 7:45pm, but people start lining up for it around 7:30 because it sells out quickly. We arrived early at 7pm just in case, and just hung around and played some arcade games before lining up.When you buy the unlimited play, you get a colored wristband. There were 3 colors of wristband (purple, orange, and blue), and they alternate games between the 3, e.g. first the purples play, then the blues, then the oranges. Each game lasts about 15 minutes. Unlike other places which traditionally have 2 teams, this place splits players into 3 teams (purple, orange, and cyan), which I think makes it more active because there are more people to shoot. The arena itself was quite large, with 2 levels and 3 "base" areas. The bases have a target that you can shoot for bonus points. There are also power-up stations located in the arena which give random power-ups: invincibility, shield, stealth, machine gun, or bounce relay. The staff was nice and enthusiastic and had a sense of humor. They were pretty efficient in running the games. We played 2 games starting from shortly after 8pm until around 9pm, then took a food break, came back around 10 but missed the call for our color so had to wait about half an hour before playing 2 more games, ending at around 11:30pm. This had only been the 2nd game of laser tag for 3 of my friends, and they all seemed to really enjoy it. The other players were also very nice and consisted of a lot of young kids (ages 8-11?), high-school to college-age kids, and adults, mostly parents.A minor complaint is that we didn't get to choose our own in-game code names, but that's not really a big deal. A bigger issue is that the mall closes at 9pm (6pm on Sundays), whereas Ultrazone closes at midnight on Fri/Sat, so if you're playing after 9pm, which you will be for unlimited play, then there is a lack of food and beverage options in the mall, and Ultrazone doesn't serve any food or drinks themselves.

Had a lot of fun. Took two adults and two kids there. Was the first time any of us had played. The game masters working were helpful. Would attend again if I'm in the area

I give this place 1 star because 1 if you cant find the place. It is so secluded in the back of the mall. They charge you $16.99 for unlimited game play but truthfully you are only getting 2 maybe 3 depending on the time you get here until midnight. We got here around 930 and my kids have only done 2 so far. It's now 1130 and now they have to sit and wait again. I am a parent didn't want to play but there is no where for me to sit and wait for my kids to finish. There is 2 benches out front but that is it. I decided to sit inside where they have party space. About 10mins later 1 of the workers came and told me I can't sit there. It's not like they had a birthday party going on either. All he said was it was against the rules. After I asked where am I to sit he couldn't give me another option. So I got up and took the chair out of the party room soon after another employee came and took the chair back. If you plan to stay open after the mall is close on fridays and Saturdays you need to provide more seating for the parents or anyone who is not playing. I am definitely not sitting in my vehicle running my gas because they don't have ample sitting areas.

I took my little brother from Big Brothers Big Sisters there and was extremely disappointed. I had bought three games for both us but we were the only ones there so I received a voucher to come back when it was more crowded. They would only honor 1 game. My little brother was crushed. We'll never be back and I'm letting the whole program know not to go there. Poor business practice especially when it's hard enough to get people to come to East Point.
