I usually look at reviews before I go to new places. For some reason I didn't, and I really regret it. I can usually get through food I don't care for, but I took two bites and threw the rest away. $15 wasted. I got the curry chicken meal, and it came with rice and peas, cabbage, and plantain. The chicken: I asked for a small, and they gave me 4 WINGETTES. They weren't tender and the gravy was watery. The rice and peas: absolutely flavorless. The plantain: you can tell the plantains weren't ripe before they fried them. They were so tough and dry.'the cabbage: it was shredded nicely. It was just okay, again lacking flavor. The best thing was the service. The cashier was very nice. I for sure will not be back

I ordered through Uber Eats and got 1 of the 3 things I ordered. They replaced 2 of my items with other things that I did not enjoy. The oxtails I wanted and received tasted old. I ordered an appetizer but instead received a big, dry half chicken that was cold in the center and not tender. Some of the black beans in the rice were not fully cooked. I spent $55 on what should have been large oxtail, rum cake slice, & a plantain appetizer stuffed with meat. I will not order again.

This was the worst Jamaican food I ever had. It cost me $40 to get it DoorDash to me. I asked for a orange soda they sent me orange juice. There was no cabbage in my container. The food left the bad smell in my house. the brown stew chicken just tasted like water, like it was just boiled chicken. I couldn't even eat it. I want my money back.

DO NOT ORDER FEOM HERE.. GO TO MCDONALDS INSTEAD AT LEAST TOU KNOW THEIR FOOD IS TRASH!! Coco Bread has been in the freezer for so long it taste like scales on icePlantains so greasy I thought it was a burger Ginger beer & pineapple is in a bottle not fresh as advertised Stewed chicken was BURNED AND NO SAUCE Cabbage - pretty with no flavor Rice & Peas is what they load your order up with and no spices to it. The authentic Yardie taste wasn't there, only got a Tablespoon of Veggies! Curry Goat gravy was watery, ordered chicken patty and got a veggie patty, rice & peas were overcooked and mi coco bread was dry and stale! I must admit staff was friendly, but need new cook !

This food is terrible, no seasoning doesn't taste like Jamaican Food to me! Curried chicken is bland , rice is hard and clumped together. Loos like they gave me the bottom of the barrel. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Tried To Give It No Stars!

Everything is not seasoned to perfection and mostly bland to the taste. Then the food goes through a special process of microwaved cooking- then served as if it were fresh....and just wait until you get a load of the beef patties. The woman who cooks there doesn't mind burning your patties to a crisp before hiding them in a packaged "to go tray"plate to serve and go. Good job Tropicana for losing me as a patron.

The ABSOLUTE worse Caribbean food I've ever had. On top of the HORRIBLE SERVICE. Ordered the brown stew chicken and got three large drumsticks with hair on them, not completely cooked all the way through. Stew was watering and had no taste. Veggies had no taste and looked to be out of a can.
