Local place. Lots of ambience. Great staff. Good food. Large servings. Definitely a go to place

Classic red sauce Italian is the main staple at Trattoria Amore. We did a take-away of a couple pasta dishes and meatball sliders... spoiler, the sliders are a meatball sub cut into four portions. It's not traditional, but great comfort food! The meatballs were well seasoned and complimented by the flavorful red sauce. The tortellini tricolor in tomato cream sauce was savory and paired well with the tangy sweetness of the sun-dried tomatoes. Cheers!

It was lunchtime, and I needed pizza. The restaurant needed a bit of an update. It was an older building, and there were wine bottles in the front that should have been placed in another area. Other than that, my pizza was really good, and I liked that you could buy a cheap bottle of wine to go with your meal.

2.16.23This restaurant is located in Dorsey's Search Village Center. They offer daily manager's specials and also on Monday and Tuesday's. Catering is also available. They offer lunch and dinner size for their entrees. Lunch is served until 3pm. All dinner entrees are served with pasta, garlic, or regular bread. A side salad can be added to any dinner for $1.99.Orders are placed at the counter and you are given a number to place at your table. Orders are brought out to you. My hubby and I came in for dinner and ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza. It took about 15 minutes to make. A little longer than I would have expected since we were the only ones dining in. I did see a few people doing carryout. The pizza looked ginormous, but we managed to eat three slices each with two slices to take home. The pizza was crunchy,but I didn't think it was anything special. I actually prefer our usual pizza spots over Trattoria.On our way leaving, we were acknowledged and thanked, which was nice, but we're unlikely to return.

We love the pizza and garlic knots. Chicken pasta dishes always come with 2 large pieces of chicken. Calzones are so inexpensive for how great they are. All of the food is an excellent value.

After Pipilinka Peruvian chicken refused me a cup of water tonight Friday, November 4, I went here as I remembered the pizza was good. All the other options in this shopping center would've been cheating on my diet too, and I didn't have tons of time to look around for something healthier and this shopping center isn't that close to anything else.I ended up getting the chicken & mushroom pasta with wine sauce...subpar. was kind of pissed because if I'm going to be cheating on dieting, I would've wanted something good. But the wine sauce was sweet, tasted weird and looked weird. I tried to avoid as best as I could. The chicken was a little dry. The mushrooms were good and pasta was average or a little below. So overall that one is 2 stars, and the guy recommended that, which was more surprising.The pizza I had, which I found was Monday, May 23 was very good just before my diet started in June. I'd give the pizza 4 stars. Mondays they have a pizza special so it was relatively inexpensive for a large one-topping, which I got mushrooms. I ate half there and saved the other half for another time.It was same cashier, cordial, but not that friendly either. Also, I was almost going to get side salad, but was charged $4 instead $1.95 as menu stated so I decided to not get the side salad as he said the salad went up and haven't had a chance to change the menu.

Quick bite. Yummy pizza. Quick service and fun staff. Classic pizza spot vibe and ambiance.

It's hard to find an Italian restaurant that has a fun atmosphere too when you father your friends and family together. Trattoria Amore is just the place, order your food, sit back and relax with everyone and your food is delivered when it is ready. Great pizza, good pasta & a fun night out with the family!

The food was delicious and the service was fast. The Ambiance was lively cause tv was playing and there were a few customers in the store

I've been going to Trattoria for the past 18 years, and it's remained one of my favorite spots. The consistency in their quality, taste, and pricing is incredible. The staff is always friendly, and the owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. It's truly a neighborhood staple and a place my family has come to love over the years. Highly recommend!
