Traditional Authentic Mexican Food

This place is the real deal. When we moved to Maryland from California, we searched high and low to find really good Mexican food. The 1st 18 months, while living in Silver Spring, we got our Mexican food fix from a taco truck parked at a gas station. We aren't fancy people.After moving to Urbana, the search continued. After hit and miss, we stumbled upon a new storefront in Buckeystown, that was being opened to support their food truck business. Our long search was over.We visit Traditional Authentic Mexican Food's storefront at least once a month. They make traditional Mexican tamales, like the ones found in bakeries in East LA. We have ordered and enjoyed them for the last 2 years. Their street tacos are amazing - get the Pastor. You're welcome The enchiladas; delicious. The street corn - OMG. And the ownership is wonderful. Teressa single-handed saved our Hanukkah celebration. Thank youTheir food trucks can be found frequently at various local breweries, serving selections from their menu. They can cater parties and weddings. Overpriced & underwhelming Watch out for unmarked prices for items things tend to cost 3 times more than they should.

Delicious! That's all I can say. My tastebuds had the time of their life. I had this wonderful food at an event that I attended, and I was in heaven. I loved their wings, the street corn, and everything on the menu that evening. Only because, was at a catered event I had to eat what was there, I need to go check out the food truck and try the foods that I really love. So I will be back with an update once I do. However, my first impression and experience has me dying to taste more!

Authentic !!! The Brisket Burritos, Brisket Tacos, and Birria Tacos are our favs. No seating inside so plan on take out order. We are lucky to live near their brick & mortar spot in Buckeystown MD. Worth a visit if your in the Frederick MD area.

We love all the food trucks you can find around Frederick at various locations and events, but one of our favorites (by far!) is this one! We've ordered from them more than once and the food was fantastic regardless of circumstances such as time of day, location, or how busy they were at the moment. The fried quesadilla is a must try!

These folks are the BEST food truck in the area. We've been loyal customers since before the pandemic started and Karina is just such a lovely and caring person. The food is so good that we asked them to cater our wedding and it was fabulous. You MUST try the street corn when you go - it's a special treat! Our favorite is the fried quesadilla, but the whole menu is excellent.

Every time we've ever had this food truck we love it! No complaints. Understanding of Celiac also.

The street tacos I ordered were overpriced and poorly prepared. The chorizo was dry, the chicken was undercooked, and the carnitas had too much fat and no flavor.

i really hate to do this but 30$ for an undercooked loaded fry with unmelted cheese and whatever the mystery meat was that they called Asada and undercooked dry chicken sopes with beans outta a can is crazy
