Grrat pizza... the owner is there every friggin day tossing dough!! Super clean place too... I do hope post pandemic prices drop a bit back down to normal... but look for money mailer coupons n save!

Hey, it wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great.1. The pizza is New York-style, and the two pizza fans pronounced it less greasy than normal NYC pizza but not really epic.2. The salad was good. The veggies were cut really big, which made it much harder to eat them all. The chicken and bacon were okay, but nothing epic.3, The chicken tenders and fries were overcooked and average.They almost made our list of places to go back to, but in the end, there are better places in the Frederick area for pizza. So, they get a 3, almost nearly good enough, but missed it by that much.Not, as a Chicago Pizza fan that I hold it against the NYC style of pizza. I don't eat pizza anymore.

Tried this place the second time, hoping it has improved, but it did not. While the price is ok, you pretty much get what you pay for. The pizza is mediocre at best and the place is not cut out for being a sit down restaurant. The seating is uncomfortable and its just not relaxing to enjoy food and conversation. Mostly geared toward takeout business, the experience was, much like the pizza itself, underwhelming. Sadly, I don't think we will be back.

I used to love Toppings, but something changed. The pizza doesn't taste as fresh. I can't figure it out, but the last two times it smelled off like the tomato sauce wasn't good quality. The fries and wings were mediocre. They also sent us the wrong dressing for our wings. Everyone is always nice, but unfortunately I won't order pizza from here again.

Great pizza and food. Customer service needs a lot of work. They can't even pick up the phone when attempting to order. I guess we will stick with other pizza places until they can figure this out.

We ordered two medium pizzas and a mozzarella sticks appetizer. The sticks were fine. The pizza however was abysmal. Both had no flavor at all. No salt, garlic, pepper, it genuinely did not taste like anything close to what we should have gotten with $40. The main reason for the low rating however is the manager. The woman working behind the counter was SO nice. But the man had such a nasty attitude. I complained to them nicely but upon doing so he incredulously said "but we've been here 20 years" okay and? Dominos had more flavor than what we bit into. Don't discount a customers honest opinion. Anyways... long story short I don't recommend this place both because of the food and the manager.

Toppings has been my goto Pizza and Hoagie shop for well over 10yrs now. I usually get their Italian hoagie but last night I tried their Turkey hoagie for the first time. I recommend ordering it like this: I added diced cucumber, spinach, and fresh garlic, salt/pepper/oregano/oil & vinegar. I left the other items exactly the way it came. I could not believe how good this Turkey hoagie was, it was slamming! My order also consisted of a regular crust pizza and a calzone. Everything was amazing as usual but really, I was prompted to write this review because I was shocked at how good their turkey hoagie was. Hands down, best turkey hoagie/sandwich I've ever had. Keep serving up the great food, thx!
