Margherita pizza
Bentley with jalapeños
Great seasonal choices. Beverages on the back were a nice variety as well
The Penelope - very strong garlic pesto flavor kind of overpowered everything, but if pesto is your jam, you'll love it.

Check out this oven. The real deal.

"This takes me back to Italy". The first words from my wife after tasting the Timber pizza at lunch this afternoon We've recently relocated to Annapolis from Rockville and while we never had a chance to try the Timber location in DC we are exceptionally pleased that we stopped into the new location here in Annapolis. We ordered two pizzas to share - the Green Goddess and the Bentley. Both were bright, flavorful, and fresh. The two complemented each other perfectly as well. The star of both, as should be expected from great pizza, was the crust. Light, thin, and crisp with just the right amount of chew. The pesto on the Green Goddess was superb and the balance of slightly sweet with slightly savory on the Bentley was delectable. Now, we did order the Bentley without cheese due to a food allergy, but I can only imagine that the complete recipe would elevate the flavors even more. We happened to run into the co-owner while we were there and had a great chat about the restaurant. It's always refreshing to run into friendly entrepreneurs. While we're still exploring the Annapolis restaurant scene, Timber pizza has already earned a spot in the rotation.

I would try timber Pizza again, has the owner told me they had only been open for 5-6 months. It's in a good location, however, there isn't a lot of seating. We sat at the bar and ordered the combo/special, which comes in one size. They don't have a lot of meat options, which is typically what I'm looking for in a pizza but all the ingredients seem to be fresh and tasty.Once our pizza was delivered, nobody stopped by and asked how we were doing or if we wanted another adult beverage. We did ask for pineapple which the cook forgot to add. We brought this to the owner's attention. He did apologize and took it off our bill like he was doing us a favor. It's really not a favor if we order it and don't get it.The biggest disappointment was the pizza being undercooked. If someone had stopped by and asked how the pizza was or if we wanted another beverage we could've shared this information prior to paying the bill.

Staff was friendly, service was quick and the draft beer is ice cold! We needed a place like this in Annapolis. Just a standalone craft pizza place that also has a bar. They've only been open a week so I'll check back here in a month after everyone is trained and they've been running a while. Had two pizzas. Both very good. We liked the red sauce better than the pesto. For an additional $4.50 they can also do a GF crust option which was nice. They cook it on a pan in the oven (they also pre cook the crust by itself) to isolate it from flour. Looked good, but we had the regular. My favorite pizza was one they cast aside as overcooked. Looked great to me, but I love a real crispy crust even if it means the top is charred a bit. I think I'm in the minority so they keep the top uncharred at the expense of the bottom being a bit soft. But, I suspect that is just preference and training to figure out what Annapolitans like. Ingredients are fresh and everything seems to be made with great care and attention to detail. It is a great addition to West street.

Pretty awesome for Neapolitan style pizza! It's cute and clean, a few tables to eat. All ordered are placed at the counter. The menu extends beyond pizza with empanada and salads, which I have yet to try. The pickles pear lemonade was terrific! My Bentley pizza was great and some added fresh jalapeños slices balanced the sweet house combination. Margherita pizza was spot on!

Not the best place for vegan and/or gluten free pizzas. I wish TropQ Pizza was still open in Annapolis. They actually make better pizza than Timber and MOD Pizza. I went to Timber as a suggestion.

I love pizza. Let's get that out of the way. I tend to find something great about almost every pizza place. But here, I found something special. Timber is a gem in a sea of mediocrity. Everything is fresh. I ordered lemonade. It was maybe the best I've had. They make it in house daily. I wanted something spicy and something fun. I did double pepperoni and a hot honey drizzle. The pepperoni was old world. Perfectly curled, spicy and not so fatty that the pie was loaded with grease. The cheese melted perfectly over a stone baked crust. While I was eating it was slow and I watched a more senior member teach new folks how to perfectly stretch crust. The service was perfect. The ambiance is small town and simple. This is exactly what a local downtown pizza place should be. Someone made very careful decisions, and everyone there you can tell, takes a lot of pride in every pie, every customer and every sip. I'll be back every time I'm in Annapolis. The founding fathers would be proud.

Read about the opening of a Timber Pizza location on West Street in Annapolis and wanted to see if it lived up to the hype. The Neapolitan-style pizza was outstanding (4.5/5). We got three pies -- the Pretty in Pepperoni (plus soppressata), the Shirley, and the Penelope. All three were perfectly-cooked, and while the original plan had been for sharing, everyone loved their own pizzas so much that there was no sharing! Sodas are in a can, and a good selection of local beers is available. We sat at the bar, and our service was good (4/5). The only downside (and the reason for an overall 4-star rating) was the lack of seating in the restaurant (3.5/5). Seats at the bar were really all that was available to us when we arrived at 6:30 on a Saturday night, and to keep from having to wait an extended amount of time, we decided to take the bar seats. Unfortunately, we were right under the stereo speakers, and it was loud and difficult to have a conversation. We'll definitely be back when we're in Annapolis, but we'll either try to get there earlier or get takeout if it's super busy.

Was looking for spot with variety. Basil not cooked not sure why. Pizza slightly undercooked. No ranch available. The big problem is seating the place is tiny .
