Ordered delivery from here last week and it hit the spot!We got shrimp fried rice, champpong, and pork tangsuyuk. Oh and a side of their black bean sauce. The black bean sauce was okay, surprisingly, so I don't know if I would order their jjajangmyun in the future. However, everything else was delicious! The standout was the champpong (spicy seafood noodle soup)!Definitely will continue to patronize this business in the future!

It looks like the chef has either changed or they changed the recipe. Don't get me wrong. The food is always good. My family loves it! But there were some differences I noticed on my last order ( or didn't notice previously). Now they have the gopBae gi size (max portion). We got the jajangmyun and chompbong in the max size. This means a lot more noodles (double) and 50% more sauce and soup. It was great for $3 more. But don't get the spicy versions, unless you are able to take the heat. I like heat but it was a bit more spice than I like. Also the yusanseul bop color was a bit darker than it used to be. It still had the same great flavor though. So overall, can't go wrong with this place!

I came here with my family mainly because my kids wanted to see the little robot on wheels that delivers food to your table. We were seated in a little private room near the entrance. Out of everything we tried, I loved the jajangmyeon the most with its thick brown sauce over noodles. The tonkatsu had crispy and flattened nicely. The liangzhongpi wasn't quite what I was expecting--you mix together all the ingredients like a salad and add a sauce. Their take on it was delicious as a Chinese-Korean restaurant, but just different from Chinese version of it that I've tried in the past. The robot was really fun for my kids to watch as it rolled from the kitchen to our table.

3.5-4 stars for food but 3 stars overall for the price / value. This is a Korean Chinese place we go to for black bean noodle and seafood noodle soup. First what we loved about the place was they seem to have fire-taste to their food (think charcoal, but instead fire 불맛). Unfortunately a bowl of black bean noodle was a couple bucks more expensive than other places (especially if you order a large size). We ordered a bowl of large black bean noodle soup and large seafood noodle soup and the bill came out to be ~$35 including tip. We're used to paying closer to $25-30 for Korean Chinese places - and didn't necessarily feel like the place was better than other spots, so we prefer going somewhere else. If you don't care much about price value - this spot has decent food, good ambiance, and located in a convenient place (right next to Lotte Market in EC). So depending on your needs, could be the place for you! One other note about service - there was only one other table besides us and they didn't even give us a menu lol. We didn't want to rush them at first but after waiting like 10 minutes, we rang the bell and had to remind them we need to be served. Granted, they seem to be getting a lot of to-go orders, so service may be slower than you'd expect. Not dinging a star for this, but just so you are aware. For me personally, think I will drive the extra 20 min to go to Rockville and get Wang Jja Jang (cheaper, more food, and tastier).

They use to be good but it went down hill. I just had lunch with my family today and the service was awful along with the food. The noodles came out extremely salty and we ordered a second set of dumplings but came out as the check was being signed. There was a miss understanding about one of the jajangmyun order and I feel like if it were any other restaurant they would have removed it from the check but NOPE! They kept it on the receipt and kept telling us that it was our fault while giving us extreme attitude. So I gave them a really low tip since I had to still pay for the "misunderstanding noodles" and the waitress was complaining about how small the tip was. So I ended up paying more tip than I intended. I get that I shouldn't have been pity but their attitude just threw me over the edge! Never going back to this dump!!!

I was big loyal customer of another nearby restaurant for jjajangmyeon, but I switched over after constantly biting through pork fat pieces in the sauce. I tried Tian multiple times and I definitely like it more. The sauce is authentic and the noodles are good. Jjamppong has a nice filling broth that is also authentic. The tang soo yook is also good. Everything is exceptional and I don't think it gets any better than this around the area.Service is up and down, but generally good all around!

I've been here a couple times but visited again after a long time and was surprised at how good it was! We got the seafood jaengban chajang (noodles with black bean sauce), champpong (spicy seafood noodles), and pork tangsuyuk (deep fried pork with sweet and sour sauce) and everything was delicious with good portion sizes.

The food was a little bland but I put a lot of hot sauce into it. Their service was a bit spotty. They pay more attention to you if you come with a family I think. And it wasn't too quiet, but it wasn't too loud, too.

Would give 0 star if I could. The day when the pos machine didn't work, they didn't notice before I ordered. No body came to take orders so I walked to the waitress and ordered. Foods served by the serving robot. Then asked the check, then they said the pos machine doesn't work. So they found somebody else's check (which is not even the same order), and told us no card to pay. Luckily I had cash so paid. What's worse that they gave me the change with 1 dollar bills saying it's for the tip. I was so upset because we didn't get any table service and they were sat down when I walked to the waitress to order. During all this happening, there was no notice, no excuse, no apology, nothing when the owner was also there. Big mistake that I went to Tian. Never going back. And food was not good either.
