Do not waste your time. I drove far and out of the way because I wanted smoked wings. When I arrived, the woman working could not communicate with me because she did not speak English. Then I went to order wings and she said there were none. There is a gigantic menu posted on the side of the truck. I asked what she had and she said two things. I left very disappointed, frustrated, and...hungry :(

I've seen this food truck a few times but never thought to try the food until I watched a Netflix show on barbecuing and got a craving. Due to staff shortages, you are required to place your order online through their website. You receive a text message when your order is ready (about 30 minutes), and the nice staff will bring it to your car. We ordered the meat market sampler with the pulled pork and turkey, brisket, 1/2 rack of ribs with a side of Mac and cheese and fresh-cut fries. The meal also comes with a delicious mini cornbread muffin. All of the meat was seasoned well, but the pork had way too much fat. I know some people are fans of the pork fat, but I am not. The ribs were definitely my favorite. BBQ is all about the sauce, and they did not disappoint. I'm a huge fan of anything spicy so my favorite was the Yampy Revenge. My favorite mild sauce was Memphis Style, with a more ketchup base. The Mac and cheese was good but not the best. This was a nice change from the usual Mission BBQ, and we will be back.

Great addition to the BBQ options in EC. The brisket was super tender with just enough delicious fat. The smoked turkey was cut thick and then heated on the flat top for a nice crust. Both have a seriously peppery coating so be prepared for some kick from the meat itself. We tried the KC Classic and Kickin' Bourbon and both were great. I can't wait to try the rest.

The Wiggly Pig on Ten Oaks Road in Glenelg is in an unassuming food truck trailer parked on lawn in front of Tikis Playhouse across from Cilantro's. I saw a post about them here and ordered online tonight - super easy ordering on their web site. The best pulled bbq platter I ever had. And I have eaten a ton of bbq. You can choose different sauces but I like the Carolina sauce and it simply melted in my mouth. The mac-n-cheese was just right - not too cheesy and not watery. The Cole slaw is a bit tangy (in good way) and a little too watery but still tasty. The cornbread cupcake style was just sweet enough and obviously baked fresh. My wife has the pulled chicken sandwich which she also gave a thumbs up. The fries were soggy by time we got home but that's typical with take out fries. Note fries come with the sandwich. Very pricey bbq. Overall, the brisket was pretty decent as was the pulled pork, but nothing special. If you order sausage as part of the meat platter you receive one sausage, ridiculous. The sides were forgettable. The green beans went right into the trash, inedible and embarrassing. The bbq beans were barely acceptable.The wings were way overpriced and not that great, the skin was undercooked. The fries were ok, again very overpriced for the portion size and quality. If you want good bbq I think you want to look elsewhere.

Went to Rita's for the free spring ice and noticed the bbq truck in the parking lot. I believe it was the same shop that use to be next door where the palm reader is now. Had a half rack of ribs with Smokey Chipotle sauce. Ribs were firm but not dry, lots of smoke flavor and a nice bark. The Smokey Chipotle sauce had a sweet hink with Just the right amout of kick to it. Will definately be back for a full rack and other meats.

I visit the food truck today. The sandwich (smoked sausage) horribly made and the bbq baked beans were oily and taste old. Disappointed to say the least. The mango habenero sauce; on the side was good.

Stopped here on a whim for some brisket and was not disappointed. The brisket was more on the moist side which we love and my three boys all liked the mac and cheese. The coleslaw was good not great but overall we enjoyed this spot. Lots of different barbecue to choose from.
