The Vegan's Choice - Virtual Brand

I reached out to them to provide catering for a small Valentine's Day luncheon I was hosting. Jay was very pleasant and responsive to my questions about the menu and offered suggestions. I'm a little outside of his delivery area and he was willing to deliver for a very reasonable fee. We tried the all VEGAN - mac & cheese, Stromboli, crab balls, chicken, man & cheese onion rings, green beans and the carrot cake. Everyone had their own favorites (and I was the ONLY vegetarian)! Definitely look forward to ordering from again.

Food wasn't fresh, cronuts were regular doughnuts, everything was subpar.Extremely dissapointed that the collard greens were sour and couldn't have a bite of it.Customer service was great and I hope to see improvement from in the future but won't be visiting again.

I really wanted to like the food I ordered, but I must be honest. I had to throw most of my order away. Good vegan food is hard to come by. Nuvegan cafe does it fairly well. Other than that, nothing comes close to home cooked food. Here's what I got:Tuna salad sandwich- was decent compared to the othersLobster roll- a weird sour crunchy lobster substitute. Not pleasant. The roll was okay.Cheesesteak- this was a huge disappointment. The flavors were just not there. Was extremely bland and I could not detect the cheddar or mozzarella cheeses I added on. It was heavy on the yellow mustard (I thought it was supposed to be Dijon).Carrot cake- this was the worst part of my order. The cake part was okay but icing was cloyingly sweet with no hint of cream cheese flavor. As I said, made at home tastes completely different. I don't know why there are hardly any good vegan desserts in the DMV area. I took a couple of bites and threw it away. Overall, a complete waste of $30.I really wanted to order this food for my nonvegan family so maybe they could try some decent vegan restaurant food. But I'm glad I tasted it first because they would have hated it and it would steer them away from vegan food which is the last thing I want

I've been meaning to try this place for awhile and finally got the pleasure to! Everything arrived freshly made and on time. The delivery was smooth and the food was delish. The chicken sandwich had great flavor, although the texture wasn't my preference. The deviled eggs were a tasty and pleasant surprise. But the real star of the show is the Mac stuffed onion rings. I haven't stopped thinking about them since I took my last bite. The true definition of vegan comfort and you can really taste the love and care in each dish. My only suggestion is that there be some type of indicator on the menu as to which meat substitute is being used in each dish.

The Chef put his hands, feet, AND elbows into this food!!!!! By far one of the best Vegan businesses I have eaten from in all of the DMV. The Chicken and Waffles, Crab Balls and Donuts were all nice and hot when I received them. Perfect amount of seasoning and crispness to the food. You can tell this is made with LOVE! Support your local Mom and Pop shops (small local business), before you go somewhere that may just reheat your food from the night before. Do you want McDonald's/Popeyes type of food where the customers always seem angry to wait for their order, or would you rather eat something that could have came from Granny's kitchen?? A little patience will go a long way. I recommend any newbie and Vet Vegans to try Vegan's Choice. You won't be disappointed

It has been a struggle to find good vegan restaurants in DMV area, so we are very glad we stumbled upon Vegan's Choice. Coming from California, we have pretty high standards for plant based food so we were very pleasantly surprised with the crab cakes. They tasted awesome and didn't contain any fake meat. The biscuits were fresh and buttery. We wanted to try chicken sandwich, but unfortunately it wasn't available. We will definitely come back to try it out. Kudos to the owner for great service and promoting healthy vegan food on the East Coast.

I am very confused. I am passing through town and tried to call to make an order but there are no physical people to answer calls. They ask us to leave a message to order and got no callback. I got in the website and made an order and got a text saying your order will be ready in about 20 mins. I drove to the location and almost 20 mins later I received a text saying sorry but our power went out call back this afternoon. Since we were already at the security mall pickup area as their website suggests we walked inside to find the location. We could find nothing. There is no physical address for this place. Google maps street view shows a picture or a trash bin literally whn I searched. No one calls. No person to speak to. No physical address. This is weird. Buyer beware.We wont be back.

Everything was tasty. Will definitely be ordering again. I ordered the crab balls, cheesesteak with fries, chick'n wings and seafood salad. Want to try the breakfast sandwich and croissants next. Easy ordering, the hardest part was what to choose with such great vegan options.

The worst experience I've had ordering food yet. I live 5 minutes away and they took 2 hours to bring my food and it was cold and hard. When I complained they said it was because the cookies are baked fresh to order but my cookie was hard and cold. I have a mushroom allergy and no where On their website do they disclose that their chicken sandwich is just a deep fried mushroom to make things worse . Will not order from here again subpar food and awful service.
