This was a rather delightful dining experience. I arrived with a guest and we were greeted and seated instantly. This was a pleasant departure from my usual dining experiences in the area. Our host Deleah ensured we had water and explained our server Cornelius would take care of the remainder of our guest experience. Once seated, I was devastated to learn they couldn't serve the Prickly Pear Margarita because they were out of syrup. I was informed that two other cocktails were not in stock. I was also given a holiday menu to broaden my options. After selecting the Cranberry Champagne Margarita, I was pleasantly surprised. It was a well-balanced, refreshing holiday treat. The calamari was also delicious. The seasoning lacking in the corn meal was found in the twoSauces paired with the dish. I also understand that culture plays a role in seasoning practices. As a Black Woman, flavor me. My plus one has an a la carte French Toast. It was accompanied with fresh berries and ice cream. It will be the new way we eat French Toast. The Caramel Latte Crème Brûlée was impeccable. You can expect my return when in the area. I was famished and neglected to capture any photos. However, I will next time. Food--decent.Service in the bar area--shaky.Value for $--not great.Like a whole lot of places that have a pretty atmosphere & an impressive looking menu, the beauty is skin deep. The meals were wrong (they switched the proteins), we had to ask for utensils, and the ones that came were wrapped in badly stained napkins (looked like someone had spilled on them.) Drinks didn't come till the end of dinner.I had the kale salad, which was very good, with chicken that was pretty boring (tasted like it was seasoned with salt. Period.)Dessert was the standout--the salted caramel crème brûlée was perfection. And it took chasing someone down to get the check--almost 30 minutes after we'd finished dessert.Bottom line? Meh.The thing that really got me was the bathroom. The hook to hang a bag/purse was so high up I could barely reach it with my fingertips, let alone enough to hang (and then retrieve) a bag--I am not that short.

Salmon and salad. Salmon was tasty. Wasn't too much of a fan for the salad portion. Seemed a little overloaded with nuts and raisins. However it was a pretty decent meal. The bartender made the martini perfectly. I'd go back again. Atmosphere looked great. Not too noisy and spacious. Loved the fire place with the sleek design concept

It's one of those places that puts a lot of emphasis on look and trying to be fancy, but missing the quality. The food was mediocre, definitely not worth the price. The pork belly was the best option. The crab dip was mostly cream cheese, not crab and the braised short rib was not warmed the entire way through. The Starry soda tasted like Alka Seltzer, so I stuck with water. The service was fine, we never received the bread we were offered and never received drink refills but it didn't ruin the experience. The decor is beautiful but I'll be surprised if they're open for years to come- on a Friday night, during our trip, there were 8 people there (4 at other points). It has a lot of potential, but there are many places close by that will exceed your expectations for the price point!

Decided to check out the Tillery inside the Marriott Hotel after I left a candle making class on Saturday. Brunch was going on till 2:30pm so I ordered the brunch burger, honey biscuits, and ginger Paloma as a cocktail. The brunch burger was huge. The only thing I didn't like was you can't order the burger to your liking. I'm not sure the last time I had a well done burger. For the price that should have definitely been an option. The biscuits were good but the hot honey jam consistency was off. It seemed like they ran out and tried to make something similar because there was a handful of red pepper chilli flakes in there which is odd for Jam. Nonetheless, The biscuits were very good so I enjoyed it regardless. I love the take they took with the Paloma by adding ginger. It was a really good drink just needed a better quality tequila. It made my head hurt. This is a really beautiful restaurant and I think it's worth a try if you are in the area. Our server was nice and attentive as well.

I have been staying in Baltimore for a month now. Tried a few different hotels until we found the Mariott. We decided to stay in the hotel and dine at the Tillery. Great choice. Great service at the bar, great service in the restaurant. As soon as you see the food and enjoy it you realize they have a real chef.Shawanna and Asia were excellent servers. Nice restaurant in a very nice hotel

I visited again after my initial visit years ago. I must say it was a much better experience this time around. Antoine provided great service. He was very personable and made great cocktails. I wasn't super hungry, so I just had some brussels (minus the bacon), and it was great. I'll definitely visit again.

Decided to try out this restaurant for a sister brunch for her birthday. Pretty empty on a Sunday morning but nice and bright and open space. The staff was friendly and accommodating overall. They sat us in the middle of an empty restaurant which I found to be a strange choice. The menu was different from the one on their site and upon ordering was told they were out of anything with seafood the reason given was "last night was crazy"Needless to say it was a bummer so we opted for Kale salad 3/5 Kale was really dry and all the other elements were fine but nothing special just kind of tossed in a bowl, and instead of dressing it was truly a mustard seed condiment. Healthy but not worth the price to be honest. Visually entering looked great! Chicken & waffles: 3/5Came with 2 square waffles fruit and one piece of chicken cut in half. Waffles were pretty basic hotel style without any crisp Chicken batter was crispy but not super tasty and a bit dusty tasting is the best I could festive texture wise. The gochujang sauce was more of a watered down sweet and sour sauce more than what it claimed to be When I asked for the drink menu I was told a handful of drinks were also not available.. thankfully we just wanted something simple. All to say is, left much to be desired in terms of what is shared on their web site vs the actual experience and pricing. Would maybe come here for a drink and just a nice ambience to catch up but not worth trip for more of an elevated hotel dining room meal. Staff is nice but just kind of not that aware:Open restaurant and you seat two people away from the windows and smack in the middle. We had to ask for napkins and we were given cocktail napkins.... Instead of telling us beforehand a number of items are not available we're told after. Just kind of a meh experience overall.

I've visited this place several times since they opened. I've come to realize that breakfast/ brunch is the best meal there. My fav thing to do here is visit the lounge in the evening, sip a nice cocktail, and shrimp appetizer (dry). The entire establishment is very attractive, but the lounge in the evening is a calming vibe and site to experience. The staff throughout the restaurant/ lounge are all very kind and efficient from the hostess to table persons and bar tenders. I will continue to support the Tillery for the yum libations and appetizers, that's it... that's all.

Came here for breakfast while staying at the Marriott. Very empty for a weekend, Sunday to be exact. Very nice decor and ambiance. They played soft music which was over shadowed by the servers and hostess talking. I guess that was due to the lack of customers. Other than that they were extra accommodating and service was fast. My food came out fast. All my food was good but you can't really mess up basic American breakfast . I should've tried something different but I wasn't very hungry. I need to return to try the regular menu. But for breakfast nice portion size and good price.
