the spot pizzeria & Delli 1101 St. Paul street Baltimore MD 21201The Spot Pizzeria,pizza was uncooked raw on the bottom and nasty and the owner was defensive and unwilling to accommodate me for their mistake now my stomach hurts and i feel sick I should sue them for their arrogance and lack of willingness to retifie the situation. That's why I fell off before and stopped ordering from them.

My family orders from this place regularly. We always pick up so I can't comment on delivery but we've never had an issue. The food is always hot, sometimes it takes a little longer than expected but that's fine. We get our wings fried hard and they always cook them well. They have pizza pick up specials and the fries are bomb. I don't understand the negative reviews, I don't care about customer service I just want good food, so overall it's a solid little carry out for us

I ordered 3 large pizzas with onion, green pepper, and EXTRA (double) pepperoni for a work crew of 7 guys doing my roof. The delivery was prompt. The pizza arrived hot and tasted fresh. The pizza dough was good, but the margin around the edge was very wide. It had baked up nicely though. But there was so little pepperoni, not even a normal amount, and I thought maybe they had my order wrong. Some slices had no pepperoni at all! I took a photo of the last 3 slices and I do regret I didn't take a photo of the whole pizza. These men were hungry, they had been working for hours up on the roof in the cold weather, and there was the bready crust, cheese, and a smattering of finely chopped vegetable, not much. I called and talked to a man who seemed to be in an ownership position, and he said he only charges $1 for extra of any ingredient. I said, well, I didn't get any extra, in fact, looking at your menu, the photos show ample pepperoni slices but my pizzas hardly had any. He said he would give me a $10 discount on my next order, I said, well, that's not going to feed the troops now...is it? Problem solved, I just won't order from this shop again.

Food was ok...but they delivered the wrong order with the correct receipt order on the bag. Bought my correct order quickly but forgot my fries....they wanted me to come and pick the fries up...that defeats the purpose of having it delivered...they then said I would get free fries the next time I order...THERE WILL BE NO NEXT TIME FOR ME!

Horrible food and service. I ordered a cheesesteak I was assuming meat came on it apparently it didn't. Not one time did I pick the cheesesteak up and any meat fall off at any time. Not even on the roll lmfao. I swear there was three mushrooms, two green peppers and maybe a 50 cent piece of steak on the entire 8 in sub. I paid $28 for raw fries, detergent gravy that taste like soap, dried up fish sandwich and an Ethiopian steak sub. Worst actually second experience from this restaurant. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. I even called to talk to manager and they said he stepped out. I'm guessing to either look for the missing meat or to go find a cow to slaughter. Probably just smoking crack because his food is crackishly disgusting!

This post isn't about selling per say It's more bout sharing a bad experience at a store owned by foreigners who don't respect the BLACK DOLLAR.WARNING THE SPOT IS NOT Following CDC CORONAVIRUS GIUDE LINESnow with that said This one isn't As good as the one Down town. They are Ghetto and don't comprehend. I have ordered from there several times usually over the phone for delivery .however on 9/18/20. I decided to order and pick up; what I saw was an eye sore it looked like a ran down establishment going out of business. They are slow with order they'll tell you 20-45 mins but you'll be waiting about an hour Atleast.Anywho on the night of the order. I got two orders of wings and a cheese steak combo. They got my order wrong and tried to blame me for Their incompetence. These people aren't following CDC guides lines (not wearing Masks or gloves while cooking) they are eating food while cooking customers food. The Iraqi man in charge had a very nasty disposition I will not give them my money ever again. I need to find out if the one downtown is owned by them aswell cause I won't order thier either of this guy is in charge. Wish I had a name. I don't. But I do know I won't be going back.
