I came in with my family on a Sunday night, hoping to find a new favorite spot. I really wanted to love this place, especially since it looked nice after the renovations. The ambiance is inviting, and the prices seemed reasonable for the quantity of food we received, which is always a plus.The salad was definitely the highlight of our meal--fresh with cucumber, tomato, and red onions mixed in with the lettuce. The dressing was tasty and really complemented the veggies. Unfortunately, that's where the excitement ended.Overall, our meals were just okay. Everything just tasted bland to me, and I was really disappointed that the crushed red pepper they brought out wasn't even a touch spicy. It's like they forgot to season the dishes. I found myself wishing everything had a bit more flavor. Now, let's talk about the pizza. It was a letdown--a far cry from what I was hoping for. I'd recommend steering clear of it. If you're seeking a place for tasty food with a kick of flavor, this might not be it.I appreciated the effort with the salad, but sadly, I don't think we'll be rushing back anytime soon. Here's hoping they can spice things up!

I really wanted Italian. I showed up on a Monday at 7pm. I came alone. I asked for the dining area and twice they pushed for the bar. I didn't want the bar, people are sick and I wanted a little space. The first hostess was nice, but the one who took me to my table wanted to have an attitude. Pushed the bar on me again, to which I politely said, "no, thank you." The two had a small talk, like I wasn't there and the rude one said, put him (couldn't hear where), he's not getting a booth, put the plate back and I could see there's nothing growing first hostess was a bit uncomfortable herself. It was like I was interrupting the rude one's day. She took me to a cold room and sat me at an uninviting table and walked off. I sat for about 15 seconds because it's a bit of a turn off when you're expected to pay for a $30 entree don't act like you're being put out to be kind and seat someone at a comfortable table while you're not busy. Not worth it. I ended up at a little bistro real close. Warm, inviting and ended up with nice food.

Very good dinner! I've been to Olive Tree Aberdeen a few times since my last post and I've noticed a change in attention to details. Service was excellent and to food was very good. Our dining experience last night was the blue-hair 0430 style so there was no contention to deal with but again, great service. Dinner: I had the red pepper sauce with penne & shrimp and my wife had a pasta dish with Diablo sauce. Both meals were very good. No deserts and we got out with tip @ $70. Unlimited salad & bread sticks if you like that stuff.

we sat in the bar allowing for a nice view of the Sunday games. we were promptly greeted for drink orders. the menu is pretty comprehensive offering many types of choices. e were served a salad and breadsticks that were great! the salad was fresh and blended nicely with the dressing. he ordered the lasagna and i ordered a shrimp and broccoli alfredo. the dishes appeared and looked a unauthentic. one bite confirmed the appearance. the lasagna was obviously frozen and defrosted for serving. the alfredo tasted more like a heavy cheese sauce and was far to heavy for the dish. perhaps we made poor decisions with our orders. it's a nice place but the entrees were more than a bit disappointing.

In town for business. Here for dinner with a co-worker. The place is nice, convenient to hotels. I had the wild mushroom linguine, which also comes with salad. The salad was great. The linguine good, not sure these were fresh wild mushrooms though. Service very good.

This reminds me of the other place lol. I thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance. We did not have to wait lo g to be seated. The salad we delicious and fresh. I ordered the Cajun Pasta. I changed the noodle to fettucini. The Italian sausages were so flavor and the shrimp were a nice size.

Always good to visit when I am in the area! A good dressed salad and breadsticks. The Penne Del Mar was great but the shrimp still had the tails on. I like the interior fixtures such as the black faucets in the restroom.

Ambience: aesthetically is beautifully rustic. Lighting is perfect.Service: our server Kiersten was phenomenal and attentive, so much so that we never once asked for a refill, extra napkins, or anything for that matter. She was quick and always responded pleasantly when asked for something.Food: Now you can absolutely tell that the food isn't bagged food, that someone took their time to actually cook. The only complaint is the chicken was very thin on the Chesapeake and broccolini was bland. But I will definitely revisit when I'm in MD.
