The Nook Cafe

First customer in the store when they opened at 8:15am. They have a small menu. For breakfast, it's really only breakfast sandwiches and oatmeal. No pancakes, omelets, etc, though you can order a side of eggs or sausage patties. Just a choice of white, wheat, or rye bread, no sauces or anything else. I asked for ketchup and slathered it on mine. It was pretty good for $5. I asked them to cut the side of (2) eggs into strips and they happily obliged. I again bothered them for a glove too so I could feed my daughter and they served it up everything with a nice sunny-side-up smile.

Good place to grab a quick breakfast before heading to school if you're in the UMB Biopark area! The sausage, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich, and avocado toast were great and came out fast. There's also a lot of tables to get some work done, but not many outlets.

I've purchased lunch from this cafe a couple times without issues but this most recent order was pretty disappointing. I got the Veggie Powerhouse in a wrap to go, and once I opened it up I realized it was missing alfalfa sprouts completely and had barely any hummus it in...these two are the healthiest and most filling ingredients which I assumed explained how expensive this sandwich was. Instead of sprouts, someone had placed iceberg lettuce into the wrap. Needless to say, I was left with an underwhelming wrap and was hungry. I will probably look elsewhere next time to be honest.

Just had the best breakfast date at the Nook BioPark location! We ordered the daily special (French toast) and a sausage egg and cheese bagel, both were phenomenal. Lindsay behind the counter was very helpful and sweet. We spoiled ourselves with a delicious doughnut. The food was so good we even ordered two salads to go for lunch! 5 stars isn't enough for this place!

Excellent food selection, everything tastes great, service is AMAZING. Only thing is, I can't rate more than 5 stars. The nook rules!

Discovered this spot while working at JHOP. Food is good, staff is polite, place is very clean and prices are reasonable. I would recommend the roasted turkey and bacon panini sandwich. I loved this sandwich which is served nice and hot with a bag of chips.

New cafe inside Kennedy Kreiger Institute's 801 N. Broadway building. I had the Gypsy Salad with chicken made to order and my friend had a Southwestern chicken salad from the case. Both were very good! Glad to have some much needed salads around the JHMI campus. I was there during lunch rush and the staff were very efficient and friendly! Looking forward to many more lunches!

What a great spot! Food is delicious and the staff are very friendly and helpful! A must try if you find yourself in that part of town!
