The Main Squeeze

I was so happy to support The Main Squeeze!! The decor is beautiful and I was gladly welcomed in by the owner. She was happy to explain the menu and help with choices in any way. I decided on the Fuji flame grilled chicken sandwich and the strawberry Bliss smoothie. The Fuji flame Dan which had apples and a sweet fig jam on it. It was something my tastebuds have never experienced before BUT I liked it. It was such an unexpected combination but I'm happy I tried something new. I say you try it for yourself!! The Strawberry Bliss is not sweet like you may think. Very balanced flavors and you can tell you are getting some nutrients. Lol!! I liked it but I am very interested to try the BeeHive. I also want to try a bowl the next time I visit. This won't be my last time eating and sipping here. It's very refreshing to be able to eat and drink healthy on the go and have this option.

This place is so open and airy - totally fits the vibe of the food and offerings too. Light fare: toast, salads, sandwiches - they are in the same area as First Watch so opt to shop small and support this business.Seemed like it's run by a black family which is a bonus!!! We need health and wealth in our communities. I got the Beehive and plan to be back for the sandwiches and toasts!! Exactly what I needed to reduce some inflammation in my body. Sweet, tangy, healthy, and refreshing on an early summer morning.

Amazing fresh food! The owner has poured her heart and soul into every menu item! My favorite is the chipotle chicken panini and the beehive! Try for yourself! You won't be disappointed! Oh and it's right in Pikesville!!

Everything from the decor to the products were perfect. I was greeted when I walked in and the lady was kind enough to answer all of my questions and make some good suggestions. I got a smoothies along with a few to go packets. It'a so clean and spotless there, highly recommende.
