Came with some friends on a later Friday night. Found free street parking by the library. Downstairs was closed, upstairs got pretty full quick by 11It was also Ladies night, 2-4-1 drinks. I had freshly squeezed orange crush ($10.50). Delish!Also got a Classic burger with fries. $12.99. This was good. Fries were tasty18% gratuity was automatically added. I actually ordered by myself and not with a groupThere was also karaoke this night.We ended up sitting outside on the patio area (2nd floor). It was cold out there. There were no heat lamps on

I was part of a party of 17 meeting up for an after work happy hour and the weather was beautiful. The second floor has an outdoor area that was really nice. The staff did a good job. Typical bar food and drinks and they do have options for vegan and vegetarian diets.

This Towson Greene Turtle had its grand-opening in September, so I am very excited write one of the first reviews! I checked out the new bar on an epic Sunday, the Ravens game occurred earlier in the day and the Oriole's playoff game occurred later in the afternoon. The bar is a great place to gather family and friends or even enjoy watching sports alone. The staff are friendly and quick to attending to your orders, they clearly care to make sure you feel heard, seen, and welcomed in the bar. I ordered the Bravarian Pretzel Sticks with beer cheese, ahhh it was so delicious! This is a "shareable" so it's pretty big appetizer for one person. Street parking in available, there is also easy parking in the surrounding parking garages. Today they had a special Football Promo with appetizers and drinks, but their typical 3-6pm Happy Hour looks like a steal! I'll have to be back again soon to write a review about the Happy Hour. The only downside is that the music sound is not quite balanced. The sound is great for a streamed football game, but the advertisements sound level was much higher, which can be an issue for people with sensitive hearing. Hopefully this will be adjusted, because I look forward to bringing my friends here to watch another sports event soon!

This is a great addition to the Towson bar and restaurant scene! I was so excited to see this location opened on York rd in Towson especially with the recent closing of some local bars and restaurants. The interior is clean and spacious with TVs everywhere. They even have a second floor sports bar if that's your preference. The food and beers were cheap and the bartenders incredibly friendly and pleasant to my friend and I. Check it out! Highly recommend!

I mean it's a Greene Turtle. Happy to have one back in Towson and I like the rooftop. Service has been good each time, but a little slow. It was a busy night though so it is what it is. Good was great too

Walking into the restaurant was easy had no problem there. When inside an employee told us the upstairs bar was open and happily said okay but didn't really have the intention of going up yet. Again she told us we should go up so we finally cave and do so. As were getting ready to walk up we notice a bouncer with a scanner for ID's and think okay. Heading in we get our ID's checked by a bouncer at the front door and get a mark on your hand but why the second one inside at the bottom of the steps?anyway we all go up i get a White Russian and it just taste like straight up milk with vodka. My friend got the quesadillas and he said they're good. I'd like to try going again and hopefully have a better experience than this one.

I recommend going here if you're looking to hang with friends/family during game days. I went here with my boyfriend to watch a Ravens game. I recommend getting to the bar early to get a spot prior to the viewing of the upcoming sporting event as we figured there weren't going to be many seats available. The food was decent, the service was okay, a little slow when busy. But that's to be expected on football days. The Greene Turtle sometimes has deals on game days (The Turtle Touchdown: If you buy an app for $25., you get unlimited 50¢ beers) that's worth it if you're looking to down a few.

The bouncer at the door are SUPER disrespectful! They called my friends and I out of our names, they were using all sorts of curse words when speaking to us, and lastly one of my friends was already in the bar but wanted to leave because we didn't go in and they wouldnt let her leave! They were very aggressive when talking to us, and many other Towson students. This is really unlike greene turtle, because my friends and I attend this establishment EVERY thursday. Will no longer be going for this reason. How do you expect to enjoy yourself in this establishment after being disrespected and cursed out at the door? Will be taking my money elsewhere from now on!

Found this spot on Yelp while visiting and wasn't disappointed! Lots of seating and TV's everywhere. Large selection of beers on tap. Everything we ordered was awesome. Burgers are juicy, wings are big and flavorful. Get the Maryland style aka Old Bay rub. Our waiter was super friendly and even took the time to talk to our boys about attending Towson University. Definitely will visit when we are back in town for lacrosse!
