Great people and a great selection of wine. They also carry Corner Pantry baked items which are excellent. The weekend wine tasting are fun and informative.

Terrific neighborhood wine spirit and beer shop that is classy and with a choosy selection. Has a great tasting of wine on weekend afternoons. I love the selection of seriously pricy Whistle Pig ryes. Rare ones. Also the Mexican Amaro

Cannot say how wonderful I think this little wine and cheese shop is! Wonderful selection of wines from all regions and exquisite customer service. They won't be 'little' for much longer! Soon they are expanding and opening right across the parking lot in a new 5000sf space! Cannot wait to see the expanded selection of wine, cheese, charcuterie, and wonderful scotches and whiskeys! Congrats to Peter & Matt for paying attention to your customers!

They are friendly, have unique beers, liquors and wines. If they don't have something you want, they will bring it in. The FPW is focused on pleasing their customers and their service is unparalleled. The selection and prices are competitive. The FPW reminds me of small business operations from many years ago.

If you are a wine buff, you will feel like a kid in a toy store when you enter this establishment. Everybody who works here is amazingly knowledgeable. I learn something new every time I shop here.

Great little wine store. They carry excellent wines and have tastings Saturdays. A must stop if you are out and about.

Great shop. Peter knows his wine. the shop has the personality of it's owners focusing on classic wines. Well thought out selections great to bring to a dinner party or to drink at home. Great service, even as multiple phone calls came in while I was there, Peter was attentive and happy to describe each wine. Also great that this week, they donated 10% of sales to Cylburn Arboretum.

I wish I could bring this great shop home to NC with me - so glad I found them while visiting the Baltimore area shortly after they opened!Fantastic variety of wines at a range of prices, so feel free to explore and try something new. This cozy, family-operated shop also has cheese and beer, and very knowledgeable staff to help you find something for your palette or menu.
