Absolutely incredible dining experience! Everything here is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Just seeing the dishes on other tables made me want to order more than I originally planned--and I have zero regrets!A standout for me was the Ku Pung Carrots--easily a 10/10. Perfectly crisp, packed with flavor, and a must-try if you visit. The atmosphere is lively, and the menu has something for everyone. Whether you're here for a casual meal or a special occasion, you won't be disappointed. Can't wait to come back and try even more!

Please excuse the photo. I went on the windiest day and both me and my car were under threat to blow away. I had to tuck the bag close to my chest so my dinner didn't fly out of my hands. The end result was disheveled looking. Anyway. When I came in, the staff were kind and greeted me. I didn't know if they did takeout but they informed me that I could order at the bar. Clearly this is where the 30+ crowd hangs out on Saturday evening. The place was LIVE. When I went to the bar, I let the waiter know I had a gluten intolerance and she informed me that all the menu items with three dots could be modified. I got the beef ribs with potatoes and carrots. If you're lactose intolerant, you can get the gouda sauce on the side. It was incredible. Initially, I thought they could add some more food on the plate but it was enough for me. Might try the herby chicken next time.

Edited because my review of another restaurant posted here in error. The restaurant name is easily seen from the road, but finding the entrance was a worthy adventure for us. The vibe is upbeat and welcoming, with music playing and lively conversation. The food was tasty. We plan to come again!

I've been eyeing this place ever since I saw the special on Netflix years ago but it is a bit of a drive for me. An hour. Well, I happened to be in a neighboring city and decided to finally check them out. We didn't have reservations but the wait wasn't long. We ended up here at brunch time but I was thoroughly disappointed that the crispy lobster fingers weren't available. We thought the lunch menu displayed on the door was being served at the time but it was brunch only. Womp womp. They give complimentary mini donut holes for the tables. They werent bad. More like a cake consistent like Dunkin's munchkins. We skipped appetizers and we ended up ordering the Steak & Eggs and the Baltimore Club. The menu didn't specify a side for the club. So, when I was able to get my waiter's attention, I asked what were the options and was told it only comes with fries. Well, I don't care for fries and was disappointed, again, when I was met with further rejection and told that I can't substitute because there are no other side options. Kind of surprised to hear that because the menu DOES specify gluten free options are available. So, to me, that sounds like substitutions are an option. Oh well. Honestly, I would have taken a biscuit or paid an uncharge for a side salad or a side of grits. Anything but fries! Bummer. The Steak & Eggs was okay. It did come with a good amount of food for $40+ but not worth the price. The Eggs were scrambled pretty soft but my party didn't want to send them back. We were already starving and just wanted to wrap up the meal, esp since we thought the lunch menu on the window was available. The Baltimore Club. Now, I chose this due to such great feedback but I did not have the same experience. I'm not sure if it was an off day or it was because we were seated towards the end of brunch hour but it lacked some flavor and it was too dry for my taste, even with the Shrimp salad. I asked for a side of mayo to help it. There were lumps of crab and the shrimp salad was good. So, that was a plus. Just not a lot of "sauce" for all of the bread. If that makes sense. Would I pay $30 for it again? Absolutely not, esp since I HAVE to get fries with it. We also grabbed the non-alcoholic Gucci Lemonade drink. It was sweeter than expected but good. Service was quick. There is plenty of seating and there is even a sister restaurant directly across called Vacation. There is garage parking on both sides and parking in the mall parking lot, as well. It's was a little noisy but it's a brunch spot. So, that's expected. All in all, I wouldn't make a special trip to return and now that I know my only side options is fries for brunch meals, I'll pass on those moving forward.

Always a pleasure to eat here. The menu is incredible and always changing with new ideas and features. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. The food is served very quickly. They offer brunch and dinner, but they do close between those two services so be sure to check their socials for hours.Whatever you do, be sure to order the mozzarella sticks! They are a must. The Buffalo Pickles are also great. This would be a fantastic place to come and just order a cocktail along with various appetizers. The portions are great! The Papa Johntay was wonderful - very fluffy eggs and a great sauce drizzled on top. The burger was great as well although our fries were a little under done. Ask for a side of the cherry pepper mayo for your fries or potatoes. In all honesty, I would skip the fries. We ordered The Pick Me Up (tasty), Side Piece (great twist on the Side Car), and a habanero Bloody Mary with only half the spice. The Bloody would have been great with the addition of steak sauce or horseradish. I would not order it again. All the other drinks were good. They also have a great selection of nonalcoholic beverages too.The food is fresh, the atmosphere is great, and wonderful service. This was our first time at the Columbia location and the parking and ease of getting there was much easier than the Hampden location. There's a parking garage that had ample spaces on the weekend. Getting into the building can be tricky. Be sure to walk around the proper way to the entrance.

I came back to celebrate my nephew's birthday. I promised him an outing for pancakes or waffles, and he chose waffles. I loved that our waitress was excited about the celebration and happily accommodated his request for whipped cream and blueberries on top of his waffle! As for me, I went with the Monte Cristo--delicious! Paired with a vanilla bean latte, it made for the perfect brunch.

Their "gluten free" offerings are misleading!I met family here for a special occasion and picked it because of positive reviews and the large number of items on their menu offered as gluten free.Let me first say, our server was lovely. He was friendly, helpful, and made a killer recommendation for my meal. I ordered the short rib gnocchi and it was tasty and rich. What hurt their review for me was how they handled gluten free stuff. My wife suffers from a chronic illness that limits what she can eat, gluten is one of the things she can't have, and she is very used to being flexible and substituting other items in place of bread, etc. Given this menu explicitly states that they offer gluten free alternatives, we assumed menu items would be thoughtfully adapted to replace what was being omitted. We were wrong. The dish she ordered was supposed to be served on bread, but instead of serving it on gluten free bread, or potatoes, or one of the endless other alternatives, they simplify omitted the bread. This is like a sandwich place offering gluten free sandwich and then just handing you a bag of sandwich filling. It's one thing if they had given us a heads up and suggested a menu item that wouldn't have been as adversely impacted, but they didn't.Sorry for the rant, but I'm pretty disappointed. If you don't offer gluten free substitutions, don't advertise gluten free alternatives!

I struggle to give them a 3-star review but I think I must. Three stars for me means that I'd go back without a fuss if others wanted to go.Let's start with why the struggle. I ate here a few years ago and got the duck reuben. The Reuben is my go-to dish at sandwich places. This one was phenomenal! I had to stop talking to just enjoy it. There's a review somewhere unless Yelp! lost it. I hold that as the gold standard for Reubens. Sadly, it is no longer on the menu.Nevertheless, I went back to try something else. The best dish of the night was the roasted honey nut squash that I had for dessert. After all, God had done all the work in creating the squash. Roast it, sprinkle some cinnamon and nuts, and add a scoop of ice cream and you're done. Perfect! All my main dishes were was cold except the dessert. Even the funnel cake fries were cold. Who wants cold funnel cake?!?The duck was still tasty but cold.Nice presentation of the dishes but something's wrong in the kitchen.

The food market still delivers good food in Columbia. Went for brunch be right before the storm last week and everyone enjoyed their dishes. They serve a fantastic indulgent hot chocolate. The shrimp and grits were a generous portion and very rich. The service was very efficient as usual.
