I thought it was pretty awesome. Ordering was extremely easy. The weight wasn't that long but we weren't there at a busy time. There was a place to sit. I would go back for sure.

Beautiful presentation, but the actual product is mediocre and bland in taste. I've tried a crepe cone from here. It was disappointing. Today, I saw them take an ice cream scoop out of a bucket of dirty water, scoop ice cream with it, and place it back into the bucket of dirty water. This has to be some kind of health code or sanitation violation. Needless to say, as pretty as this looks, seeing that put a damper on things, and I will not be drinking this. This joint may need to be investigated and possibly shut down.

This crepe place is located inside the food court at Arundel Mills Mall and is always so busy and hectic. My friend ordered the chocolate Nutella rolled ice cream which she enjoyed. I ordered the s'mores crepe which was alright and kind of a weird combo especially with ice cream in it. It was also pretty inconvenient to eat. If I ever find myself back at the mall, I would refrain from ordering the crepe but would love to try their rolled ice cream.

The Crepe Escape and Creamery is located in the food court of Arundel Mills Mall. I ordered at the counter but you also have the option to order at a kiosk as well. The staff member taking my order wasn't too friendly. They have different types of crepes and rolled ice cream. I ordered the strawberry and banana and Nutella and berry crepes with vanilla ice cream. It took awhile to get my order but you can pass time by watching the staff members behind the counter making the desserts. The crepes themselves were tasty but nothing spectacular. It did it's job. Next time if I come back; I wouldn't mind trying the rolled ice cream.

A few things to be aware of: 1) If you order more than one item electronically, the notification will say when the order is complete, but disregard it. You will receive your order a piece at a time. In my case, it was always the drink first, then wait a few more minutes for the crepe. 2) Service is "meh". Especially when it's busy, the quality of service gets even worse. Understandable, but I would get ignored a lot because the workers are mainly kids and chatty amongst co-workers, being silly and oblivious. Just be sure to get their attention for customer service rather than expect them to be proactive about it.The food itself is okay. But there's something off about the experience the few times I've visited that after today, I will not be returning to this location. The one in Catonsville is much better.

Great place in the mall to get crepes, rolled ice cream and tea. We got a fruit bouquet, and it was a nice, pretty treat; filled with fresh fruit, cream, custard and topped with ice cream. I will be back next time I am at the mall and want a filling treat.

I love these custom ice cream rolls. A great sweet treat for the family on a sunny day. Just so happened to walk up on it and saw the line figured it couldn't be too bad and boy was I right. They give you a nice serving and you can get toppings. They also have crepes obviously amongst other things so I'll try those next time. I got a strawberry situation I saw on the sign lol. I'm one of those people, can't remember the name but it was great. Price was decent and my daughter enjoyed it as well. Win win lol

Enjoyed the bites I took out of my brothers cup!! We got the s'mores rolled ice cream and this was my first time trying rolled ice cream in general and I loved it! It was like $7 and some change for a pretty good amount and when you take into consideration how perfectly they make it, I'd say it's definitely worth it.

Busy or not the customer service is rude and disrespectful. Took my kids here and of course they wanted add ons, the up charge is pricey and my kid said something about it didn't taste right. This coming from a kid human garbage disposal.
