The Captain Krab

This is my sister and I favorite spot to eat when I go down to visit her in PA. This place never disappoints, the food is always hot and seafood always the freshest. The fried chicken is soooo good, it's well seasoned and comes out piping hot so when trying to get that first bite out of the freshly fried wingettes beware . I really enjoy my leftover shrimp boil the next day after the boil has sat for a day, allowing the seafood to sit in the seasoned juices.

Captain Krab surprisingly exceeded my expectations with their amazing food! I ordered the Shrimp (no head) & crab legs with a side of potatoes, corn, sausage, eggs, and broccoli, accompanied by hush puppies. The portion was generous enough to share. The Krab House Special Sauce, in medium, elevated the experience to new heights - it was the best crab boil I've ever had, bursting with flavor. The service was impeccable, with very friendly staff. The cleanliness of the space was commendable, and the prices were reasonable. Despite being from Washington DC, a visit to Harrisburg to visit family led me to Captain Krab, and I can already envision it becoming a regular spot for future visits. Highly recommended!

I have been getting boils from this place for a few months now. Always friendly when I come in, clean bathrooms. Haven't had a bad experience, a lot boils come in bags so I dunno why some folks are complaining.

I am obsessed with this style of restaurant. I love the whole create your own seafood mix idea. My husband and I were there for a date night. We ordered a lot of food. I loved the big poufy bag of stuff all swimming around in the garlicky, buttery sauce. My seafood was really fresh and tasty. I had snow crab, shrimp, clams and sausage. I even loved the corn and potatoes that were included. I was appreciative of the bib but my hands were a gross mess by the time I was done. I wish they had handwashing stations in the dining room. Our server was attentive and kept our glasses full. We will definitely be returning.

**Nothing special about it**I ordered a few blue crabs and sides, but there was def nothing about the flavors that blew me away..sorry:(

Great service! Celebrating two of our sons' birthdays. So glad we went. Our waitress was so helpful. From menu selections to birthday cake presentations she was Johnny on the spot. Good food. Very reasonably priced

Had a delicious crabcake with green beans and bacon. Yummy. Nice selection of other food as well.

The food at captain crab is not good me and my sister got chicken wings and they were pink in the middle. The service was also bad the manager tried to deny that the wings were pink when they were in front of her face. Overall the service and staff this time were not great

Ok..so if you visit The Captin Krab, be sure to learn their menu methods...and not to mention your foods brought out in a plastic bag which you had to cut yourself (two side dishes...soggy corn on the cob and notice, a small , plain, uncut baked potato..i had the sushi which I had to also ask for ginger and wasabi!! I drowned them in condiments because it tasted like how a bathroom smells!! Plus the condiments were dirty and sticky!OOMYYGOSH...it's a "Kluster" F**k! There's nothing we can say good about it except we we're together and we will never eat there again.
