THB Bagelry & Deli

I love this place!!! I mean come on who doesn't love fresh bagels, bagel sandwiches, and more? Customer Service-The customer service is always great. The employees are always willing to help answer any questions, and place orders for those who aren't familiar with the app.No complaints the bagels and bagel sandwiches are ALWAYS super fresh. They have such a plethora to choose from. I'm more partial to the Egg bagel. But love the purple to support my home team (Go Ravens) and the Strawberry bagel during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Recently, I've also tried the omelet with home fries and of course, it was delicious. May have been my first time going to one of these chains, but the options were pretty good. They were definitely a few items that I will have to try. The food was delicious. You can go to the counter or use one of their kiosks to order your meal. I was having a little issue with the kiosk, so one of the ladies came over to help. The facility was small and not very many people were inside. I think they were getting ready to close. Everything appeared to be really clean.

Cute spot, Amazing food and friendly service. So happy we ran into this place. When in the area would love to come back.

This was my first time coming to this location. They definitely maintain the standard that I am used to from THB. I use the app to make my order while I was shopping in the area. When I arrive, my food was already sitting in the waiting area ready for me. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on everything bagel. It was a little bit crowded but that just means the food is good grabbed my order and was on my way. The sandwich was delicious. Bacon was nice and Chris with plenty of it on the sandwich. The egg whites were fried perfectly. Definitely will stop here again since I now live in the area.

I had 'The Show-off', it was really good! Will be getting again and trying a drink next time. Ordering was easy and simple in-store at the screens available. One employee working I. The front servicing the drink area was the friendliest person ever! I wish I got their name! Decent experience but them alone made the experience phenomenal with just a small interaction.

Delightfully surprised. The service was good and fast. We orders on the tablet and did not receive a receipt but the woman at the register was able to assist. The outdoor seating was nice with the umbrella and overall a food experience. Would absolutely visit again when in the area.

I came here for the first time on a Saturday, close to noon. It was packed and busy. The staff did a great job managing the crowd and keeping everyone informed on the wait time. I ordered the bacon, egg (scrambled), and cheese on an Asiago bagel, with butter. I will be back to try other items.

I absolutely love bagels and this is one of my favorite places to visit. Just smelling these as you pull up gets me excited. The location is perfect for a quick pick up and go. I've been several times and always forget to do a review. This time I ordered two items the turkey sausage, egg on Asiago bagel toasted well. Everything was deliciously put together just wished they would get my dark toasted correct. Outside of that there are no complaints. The other sandwich was chicken salad on Egg bagel. The salad was good with just enough mayonnaise in it and seasoned well. They a variety of bagels and are open early enough to grab/go Enroute to the office. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are always helpful. Give it a try if you're in the OM area and need a great breakfast/lunch.

This THB location is solid! It's definitely busy but it has easy parking, it's clean and the bagel sandwiches aren't greasy (like some of the other THBs I've been to). Easy to order ahead or on the kiosks and they're pretty quick. If you can catch them as they have fresh bagels coming out of the oven it's delicious! Just would recommend if you order some bagels to go for later make sure to specify not to heat them up first, otherwise they get dry and hard which isn't as tasty a day or two later.
