Decent price for tasty bagel with lox. Service is fast. Toasted bagel with toppings ready within five minutes. I came after the morning rush, so they weren't too busy.Workers are welcoming and friendly. Inside is clean. Vibe is chill. It is a fast casual eatery so lots of people come in and out. I took my time eating my bagel and enjoying my iced coffee. Other patrons took their time as well to catch up. Again, a very chill vibe.

I just realized I didn't take a picture of my food. Trust me when I say, my breakfast sandwich was delicious. I had the sausage, egg and cheese on an asiago bagel toasted andscooped. Customer service was amazing. Nice cozy location in Columbia, Maryland. Check it out.#GoodAndBeHappy

I was staying at a hotel up near Columbia and googled good bagels near me. This brought me to THB. I was heading over to a friend's house and wanted to bring a dozen bagels so I drove to buy a dozen. Very busy place in the morning but I got in and out fast. A baker's dozen bagels cost around $15. Brought them back and they were extremely well received and enjoyed. I had two toasted during the day and as a New Yorker I was very pleased (nothing is NY except NY, okay). The outside of the bagel is chewy, like they're supposed to be--and they're usually not at the grocery store. They offer salted bagels usually not found outside NY area. The family I brought them to will definitely be back (I live in VA). It's in the shopping center with the Old Navy and there's plenty of parking FYI. Nice find!

Wanted breakfast on my way in to work this morning and THB is always a good call. I have the app so I placed my order while I was still at home. The app is pretty easy to use and allows you to customize your order. I just wanted a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel with egg whites only.Many places won't allow these substitutions but THB is more than happy to accommodate you. When I arrived the lot was pretty full but still had plenty of parking available. When I walked in there was a line but luckily I could bypass it and go to the pickup area to get my food. I didn't have to interact with any employees. Couldn't even wait to get to work before I dug in. My sandwich was huge with plenty of eggs and bacon on it. Definitely filled me up and got my day started off right. I love THB and will continue to come back. I discovered this location through Yelp. I have to say I was disappointed by these bagels. This was my second time coming to thb. The first time I wasn't very impressed but thought maybe it was just an off day, but unfortunately I feel the same way after coming a second time. To me, the bagels taste very stale and like day old bread. They're very thin and do not taste fluffy or fresh. The cheese also tasted artificial. We tried the bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel and the cinnamon raisin with strawberry cream cheese. The cream cheese was pretty good but overall we were underwhelmed. This is obviously a personal preference but I have tried much better bagel places.

I received a reply from the manager (below). That's great for them that so many people like these bagels. For me, the texture is more like bread than dense/chewy like a bagel, so if people are used to eating traditional NY-style bagels, they might want to go elsewhere. Also, to clarify, the review is definitely based on recent experiences: most recently last week, but also in January, and a few times last Fall. The photos were from my first visit there back in 2022.

This is really a 4.5 star review - I found that these toasted bagels are hard on the inside of my mouth. Maybe there's an option to not have the bagel toasted? I'll try that next.That said, corned beef on a swirl (pumpernickel) bagel with mustard is excellent! Very flavorful. I ate it with a side of sour cream and chives chips.Ordering was simple, and the staff is super friendly. Will return.

This is popular venue and well suited for this area. A bagel, a breakfast sandwich, plates, coffee, etc is a great choice for feeding the masses. There's not much open for breakfast and brunch in this little area, but there are a lot of lunch and dinner spots. It turned out to be a great spot to nosh on a good quality bagel! The ordering that can be done on the touch screens or at the ordering counter. These are cool ways to customize your ordering and make your experience even more memorable. The venue is small, but there's lots of seating options like little tables and even an entire window with chairs. The self serve Hot coffee was good and the refills were nice too. There's lots of beverage options on the menu, so have fun!

Great variety of delicious bagels served well by a caring staff. Clean, well run. Will go out of my way to return. Reasonably priced.
