We kicked off my birthday weekend with authentic Thai food, celebrating with friends at Thai Cuisine. While the food was flavorful, the service had a few hiccups. We waited awhile for menus, and the restaurant doesn't have a liquor license. My Thai Iced Tea arrived after all of our food, despite multiple reminders to the staff. My husband and I shared the Crispy Gui-Chaai, a fried green leek dough served with sweet soy sauce--crispy on the outside and soft inside. He enjoyed the Drunken Fried Rice with Beef, packed with bold, wok-fried flavors, while I savored the Pad See-Ew with Chicken, a comforting dish of wide rice noodles, Chinese broccoli, egg, and dark sweet soy sauce. We ended on a sweet note with the Taro Mousse with Sticky Rice, a unique and satisfying dessert. Despite the service delays, the food itself made for a solid start to my birthday weekend.

12.27.24Friendly service but mixed reviews on the food. The spring rolls were good. I ordered the beef pad see ew. The noodle was cooked perfectly, however, the beef was chewy and slightly overcooked.

Didn't think I would be able to find authentic and delicious Thai food in the burbs but it exists!! Don't let the plain name fool you. Its name is straight to the point like their food. Delicious Thai Cuisine! I love their Tom Ka soup the best. Perfect for a cold day. I've eaten in and also gotten takeout and both are equal in quality, quantity and taste.

Update June 2024. Came back for lunch again, given our superlative experience in December, 2023. Well, seems we caught them on an off-day and/or things have changed. Our lunch specials were cold, poorly plated and lacking in taste, markedly so compared to our last experience here. Given how outstanding our experience was in December 2023, we'll try Thai Cuisine again. But not soon. There are too many interesting competitors in the immediate Olney area to rush back in.

Really great Thai food and friendly service and decent pricing. Simple yet fine interior. I tried and enjoyed - the curry fish cakes (crispy, well spiced, a little spicy), great wrapped in lettuce with the sweet dipping sauce- drunken noodles with pork which has perfectly chewy noodles with a lot of flavor, a ton of perfectly cooked and tasty veggies- pad see ewe with beef and gai lan (so glad it wasn't broccoli) I did find I had to drink a lot of water after likely due to a ton of sodium. If you want spice ask for the condiments and try the dry chili. It's delicious and packs a real punch. Our friends enjoyed the crispy fried tofu appetizer and pad Thai with tofu

Excellent food: my husband said the crispy duck is best he ever had. The eggplant with peppers dish was delicious and pineapple fried rice is a must to have. Very nice wait staff too.

Pretty great Thai spot in the neighborhood! My favorite was the drunken noodle. Their food is well seasoned, good portion and good price. We got a mango sticky rice for dessert too and loved that as well. Fresh mangos and the rice was good, not too coconut-y which I don't love so much. Service was fast, servers / owners were very nice. They were very attentive, pleasant. I would definitely be back if I'm in the neighborhood
