Teppanyaki Grill

They add gratuity to large parties ( - we had 9) and literally chased my elderly parents down to request more on top of the gratuity included. The hibachi and chicken dishes were my favorite.I really missed the ice cream didn't but the kids didn't care/ notice they changed to popsicles after Covid . I would go back it's a good price overall, but will suggest to break up group and tip separate to avoid awkwardness of waitress chasing you down.

Great food and an all you can eat a buffet plus the variety of seafood that they offer is delicious with a friendly customer service despite where your origin is. They just create or have a great ambiance thus you enjoy your meal which is cost effective

My family & I have visited this place three times in maybe the last 2 months. The first time, we were bored & wanted to try something new in our neighborhood so we won't have to drive too far. We figured why not give this place a shot, it's right there! The food was decent, many choices to choose from & it wasn't busy when we got there but they eventually got packed. My family & I had a good first visit, we left full & satisfied! Our second visit, my daughter wanted to go back for her birthday. We went, got seated & went for our first round of food. On our way back to our table my mother spilled her drink & our seats were moved. We are a family of 5! So we get to talking, laughing & enjoying our time. We were not there for an hour before it was suggested to leave. They usually leave a tray of fortune cookies on the table at the end of our time there, at least the last time we told them we were ready & it was brought out. We ignored the tray of cookies while continuing to enjoy our food, some of us even went back for more food cause we just simply weren't done. The ladies literally kept coming to our table. We literally felt rushed y'all, i thought i tripping when my bf & brother said something. I was like no way, we haven't even been here an hr. Anyways... i definitely felt it afterwards & was certainly annoyed. We tipped & left. Our third time was no different than that second time. I had family in town, they travelled all day & was full so we took them here. This was our third time but second time there that week. We're eating, catching up & enjoying our time. Once again in the middle of our meal, a tray of fortune cookies was placed on our table & we weren't there for an hr. I was annoyed even more. Because why are we constantly being rushed after paying over $100 at your establishment? We felt rushed yet Again but i wasn't having it this time. We took our time! We were gathering our things to get ready to leave while talking amongst ourselves when this lady had the nerve to tap the tray where the fortune cookies were & bravely said "tipp, tipp". EXCUSE ME??? Can we get our shit together, can we discuss if you deserved a tip? Who askes for a tip ?? After rushing us for yet a second time? Nevertheless! We clearly spent too much money there & we will never be back here

Food was subpar and the employee harassed us for tips even though I added tip when I paid.

I wanted to try a new buffet. I went in and it seemed like a nice atmosphere. I was sat at my table, and the waitress placed my silverware and receipt (with my drink request) on the table. I went to get my first plate, and I was disappointed by the selection and later disappointed by the taste. The best part of the buffet was the grill. The worst part, was after I finished my first plate I got up to try more food. When I returned to my table, I was surprised it had been cleared and the waitress was sitting a group at my table. The waitress looked at me standing there with a plate of food and asked if I was with the group she was sitting, I said no I've been sitting here. She asked me where my receipt was, I told her it was on the table. The waitress looked at me like I was trying to scam her. Luckily the customer sitting at the table next to me chimed in and said I had already been sitting at the table. Then the waitress sat the group somewhere else and another waitress later brought me a replacement drink and a plastic fork. Based on that interaction, and the not so good food, I will never go back to this buffet. 2 stars because the grill was good.

Not good. So much fried food and low standard ingredients. Service was ok but its buffet so not much to say about that. The set up is weird, mish mash of Chinese and other foods. The flow of foods at the buffet tables doesn't make sense.

I love this place when I want a variety of foods. It's always fresh and good when I go. This time I experienced something new which was a whole fish. Either way still a good place to go

The restaurant closes at 1030 but they actually stop serving before then. We arrived after nine and noticed they stopped refilling the trays and the remaining food was lliterally cold to the touch. Thankfully, the Hibachi grill was open and the dish was very good. I understand it was late but if you close at 1030 people should not be picking off cold scraps from 900 to 1030. However, I'm willing to give it another try during normal hours. For now, Hibachi is your best bet dining here after 9p.

*January 19, 2025**** Unsatisfactory experience. ** Today I visited this establishment and found myself with a total disappointment. To begin with, the person in charge of the entrance showed a rude and arrogant attitude, being haughty and unfriendly. I will definitely not return to this place and I would not recommend it to anyone. There are many better options available. Para empezar, la persona encargada de la entrada mostró una actitud grosera y prepotente, siendo altanera y poco amable. Definitivamente, no volveré a este lugar y no se lo recomendaría a nadie. Existen muchas mejores opciones disponibles. Además, la comida tenía un sabor que indicaba que había estado almacenada por un tiempo prolongado.
