Are you familiar with Green Spring Station? Neither was I prior to coming to Tark's. It's a cute 'town center' of sorts with restaurants and boutique shops. Tark's is located on the inside of the station in something like a courtyard.I came at night to meet with family for my partner's daughter's 18th birthday. I couldn't see the sign from the outside, but once I parked I understood it was within the confines of the building.When I arrived most of our party had already been seated. There was about 10 in our party. The place was nice, although I'd really like to come back when it's warm to sit outside. I ordered the scallops that came with butternut squash risotto, roasted wild mushrooms, pomegranate beurre blanc, and toasted pumpkin seeds. I love scallops, mushrooms AND risotto so this was tasty! The risotto was rich, which was a nice complement to the scallops. I ate it ALL. My partner had the steak with asparagus. She gave me a taste and it was perfectly tender & flavorful. The asparagus was crisp, but cooked. Good food all around.Everybody seemed to enjoy their meal. I'll be back. I like the vibe of the whole place and would like to see it during the daytime. Our server was very accommodating. It's sometimes hard to appease the combination of adults, children & teenagers, but she was on point!

The food is delicious!! Everything that I've had so far was divine, from the lobster bites, cheese steak egg rolls, Salmon sandwich and the Blackened Turkey burger was Amazing. Let's not forget the best bread pudding I have ever had!!! The staff, ambience and atmosphere is wonderful! I will definitely be returning.

I recently dined here with friends and we had a wonderful experience. There are so many good looking options on the menu we will certainly be coming back. Our waitress was great! Very nice and patient with us. The ambiance is I'd say upscale casual, a nice place to have dinner with family, friends or go on a nice date. They have a patio are that had heated lamps so in the late fall may be nice to sit outside. The food was delicious! We ordered the rockfish and seafood risotto.

This gorgeous restaurant and patio is one of the best date night/special occasion/outdoor dining spots in the area! After moving to the area 2 years ago, I was a bit leery due to some low reviews but was finally convinced to give it a try and I'm kicking myself for not coming WAY sooner! The menu is extensive and had sooo many delicious looking options, it was hard to choose. While the prices may be a little on the higher side (and they don't have happy hour options), it was a great date night spot that I can't wait to come back for. Pro-tip: make a reservation! The place gets packed, even on a random Wednesday evening. Especially when the weather is gorgeous, be sure to snag a patio reservation!Absolutely loved the fried green tomato and crab appetizer. We also tried the peach and prosciutto flatbread and the BBQ short rib. Everything was great! I even eyed some food at tables nearby, and literally everything came out piping hot and looking delicious. 100% cannot wait to come back for that patio-seating and to try more of the menu!

Came here after work for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. We sat outside and they turned the heaters on for us. I got the pear martini which was great and not too sweet. I also liked how they gave us complimentary focaccia with olive oil to dip. I really enjoyed seafood cob salad. I will definitely be back to check out other things on their huge menu!

This is my second time at Tark's Grill and was even seated at the same table. We were here for a birthday celebration. I ordered the lobster roll. I liked the aioli sauce was on the side. I also ordered coffee with the dessert. The coffee was good and went well with the cake that we brought. It wasn't as crowded as it was for dinner but I liked that they have outdoor seating with the patio umbrellas so it doesn't get too hot.Our waitress, Doha was attentive and nice. She took our orders quickly and our meal was served fairly quickly too.

love it here, great experience every time we come! great food, good service, solid ambience...love to sit outside when possible, they have heaters. our group had a birthday and they mentioned it a few times at the beginning of the meal but never again. i guess a free dessert or something isn't a guarantee but it sure did seem like it was coming and it never did!

First, this place is super cute and highly recommended for date night. No reservations were made prior but the hostess was accommodating and seated us at the bar (our preference) the bartenders were attentive and service was done with a smile. They gave good recommendations on food selections and the wait time for the food was a little under 20 minutes. Drinks: My cousin and I both selected the Pomegranate Gin Cocktail: Bombay Sapphire, Lemon, POM Juice, Rosemary Syrup (menu description) This drink was simply refreshing and the balance of POM juice and Bombay was perfect! I must say that while sipping on this drink, I somehow felt like I was at a beautiful beach villa watching a bonfire while sipping on my cocktail, it truly made me feel relaxed with each sip. I rate this a perfect 10 icy cocktail glasses! Food: Me: Blackened Salmon B.A.L.T: pan seared salmon, roasted garlic aioli, bacon, avocado, lettuce,tomato, potato toast, hand-cut fries (menu description) I decided to get the sweet potato fries which were freshly prepared, crunchy on the outside and buttery soft on the inside. They were simply delish! Blackened Salmon B.A.L.T., So I have mixed feelings about this sandwich because I love salmon and bacon and having both paired on potato bread was the right move because it made for a great B.A.L.T. What I didn't really enjoy was the flavor of the salmon because while it was prepared perfectly, it lacked flavors needed to whisk it away. I actually had to drown it in the extra roasted garlic aioli sauce because that added the perfect flavor. But stand alone, I don't think that the salmon would have passed my taste test and I therefore have to give this a 7 golden forks out of 10. My cousin: Maryland Crab Soup: jumbo lump, bacon, veggies (GF)-Menu description My cousin LOVED her soup and said that she would rate it a good 7 golden spoons out of 10. Chicken Wings: lemon pepper parmesan (menu description) Mixed feelings here as my cousin ordered it fried hard and some were dried out and inedible-wasn't the best at all. Would I visit again? Probably after thoroughly reviewing the menu and Yelp reviews. But I do recommend this place for a cute date and to grab a few drinks!

I've always been happy with the food at Tark's Grill & Bar and this time was no exception. The cream of crab soup was delicious and had plenty of lump crab meat. I had the grilled octopus app as my entree and it was equally delicious. Others at our table had salads. The seared tuna salad looked especially good. Nice bar area as well as a new enclosed outdoor area with some really nice infrared heaters. Pretty good draft beer list... I had a Lunch IPA from Maine Beer Company. Our waiter was friendly, fast and attentive. Overall a very nice lunch experience.
