Taco Bar Frederick

I recently ordered from Taco Bar, and it was honestly a huge disappointment. I selected several items like salsa, onions, and cilantro from the options menu, as well as requested utensils and napkins. When I picked up my order, I even asked the staff if everything I requested was in the bag, and they assured me it was.However, when I got home and opened the bag to dig in, NONE of the items I selected were included--no salsa, onions, cilantro, or any condiments at all. On top of that, there were no utensils or napkins, making the entire experience frustrating and inconvenient.I've ordered from here before and never had issues, however I've only dined In never take out . This time was a complete letdown. I won't be returning anytime soon unless they can get their order fulfillment together. In my honest opinion , just dine there don't take out !! If you do carry out make sure you load up your condiments in your container. Since they are incompetent to do so upon request per their website.

Straight to the point, these tacos were STUFFED. I really appreciated how much meat came in each taco, only thing is that the different meats didn't really taste too different from each other. Other than that the staff was great and welcoming. Plus, the restaurant itself was clean and had lots of seating. I actually liked the fact that they leave all the topping at a side bar for you to add yourself.

The flavors of the food here are very good! They only serve quesobirria tacos on Thursday so if that's what your looking for, they only have them for one day. That's what I went in for! Although, we were sad to have missed the best day, in my opinion, my family and I tried different options. I got the combo #1 which comes with your choice of two tacos, rice, and beans. I chose carnitas because that will always be my favorite! My husband got the torta, which that sandwich was the size of his head! My son got the carne asada fries which were amazing! I couldn't get a pic of those because the kiddo dug in too fast, but take my word for it, they were amazing! The portions are a really good size. They do have agua frescas here like jamaica, tamarindo, and horchata. The horchata is made the Salvadorian way, with Morro, just for your awareness! Go try them out, you will not be disappointed!

These tacos were really good and really stuffed. I came when they had a deal going on for taco Tuesdays. The workers were great and told me which tacos were their favorite and which I should get. Food came out pretty fast and sauces are located on the side and you put them on the tacos yourself, which I really liked. I just feel like the tacos were missing a moist factor, like a creamy sauce or sour cream. But overall really good and will come again when I am in the area.

My family and I came here for dinner, ordered a couple, Conasauga fries, Canastota, tacos, and a variety of tacos. The salsa bar was great. My favorite is the spicy salsa. The cheese taste like Ricos cheese for the nachos. I was a little disappointed to see my food come out on the paper plates that I use at home, lol. And the fries - were a small plate, not very generous at all. The only things that I'm not a fan of is the increase dollar for what is cheese and sour cream, charged 4% fee for using your credit card, and Birria tacos are ONLY AVAIL ON THURSDAYs.

Authentic Mexican. Nice clean atmosphere. Soft tacos with high quality meat. Fixings, what they calm "americano style" come on request only. Family opinion varies. The cheese quesadillas were terrific. Fries were thicker than McDonalds and crisp. No chips and salsa and no hard shells on the menu. My favorite were the tacos. The pork, beef and chicken were all excellent. Salsa came separate and was spicy. If you want authentic and comfortable, this place is a destination worth traveling too.

Food is phenomenal! Coming from Southern California, we've struggled to find decent Mexican food that reminds us of home and this has been the closest we've gotten. The Lengua is delicious, super tender and full of flavor. This will definitely be our spot from now on!

Horrible place to eat. They took an hour for mine and my family's order. They even charged me extra for something I didn't order. Their agua de horchata is caca. Don't come to this place save your money and go somewhere else.

I don't know that I've given a place 5 stars before, but Taco Bar Frederick deserves it. The food is simply amazing! My family has tried several different dishes, and every one has been phenomenal. My personal favorite are the carnitas street tacos: the meat is well-seasoned, tender, juicy, and has those delectable crispy bits from frying. They're just perfection.

Literally the worst Mexican food in Frederick, and it is expensive too.. No flavor, bad service , no wonder it was completely empty on a Friday night. You can get more authentic flavor in a Taco bell.
