Szechuan Express

Always great food. Our favorite place for a quick dinner. I think I've tried everything at least once and never disappointed. Favorite is the happy family.

This is our go to Chinese takeout in Bel Air for the past several years. We order from here at least once per month. In my opinion, it is the best Chinese restaurant in this area. It is a small take-out restaurant located in a strip mall. There are a few tables for dinning in. They are open 6 days per week and closed on Tuesdays. I recommend the General Tso's Chicken. It is one of the best. Not overly sweet or drenched in sauce. Their Roast Pork Lo Mein and Fried Rice are also delicious. Not greasy like others. The food here is consistently good, much better than most sit in Chinese restaurants.

Finally had a taste of home and West Coast Chinese takeout. Found it here, where the workers actually speak Mandarin and can tell me what's in the food. Their lo mein is on point, not drenched in oil, and nicely mixed with veggies and meats sliced small. Their broccoli and beef was so good and not overly soft. Reminded me of home cooking! And their General Tso's chicken wasn't spicy but was very tasty! And you MUST TRY their buns! They're made the Asian way, with butter and milk and so much soft fluffy goodness! The spot is a bit small but it's homey and very comfortable. I look forward to coming back and trying more! So thankful for this spot!!

One of our favorite Oriental Restaurants. I just can't order here as much as I would like because I am disabled and they won't do curbside delivery.

Best Chinese food in the Abingdon area. We always get 2 orders of Szechuan dumplings. Orange chicken is always crispy and good. One of our go-tos!

Be warned ... make sure you get your credit card back from the cashier. Last weekend, we did not and someone on the staff conveniently took the card and used it to purchase $ 200 worth of gas at a local station. It sure would have been admirable for the business to call on our cell phone (since that is how they keep track of orders) and kindly told us that they still had our card.

I hadn't been here in over a year and won't be going back!! The counter person was rude. After eating within 2 hours I was vomiting followed by a bout of diarrhea!!!

NSince new owners there food has been upgraded. Much better staff and personnel to take your order. The quality and quantity are excellent and food is hot and ready to be eaten. I recommend Szechuan for any type of carry of carry out.

We would order from here every week for the last 4-5 years. In the last month the food we ordered was dried out and stale. We went the following and told the front desk and were told they make sure this order was fresh. brought it home and it was worse!! They either need a new cook or start serving fresh food!

Consistently a favorite lunch spot while working in Catonsville. Great service and good lunch for a fast pick up and good price.
