Ordered a pizza and after one hour and 45 minutes and calling three times had to cancel and get my pizza place else. Told me it was out for delivery and after 20 minutes called and was told they could not a hold of the driver. Poor service and the girl on the phone thought was funny when I stated I hope it is still hot and cold! Will never ever order pizza here again!

A couple weeks ago, I ordered a pizza, after an hour, I called for update. Was told it was out and would be there "any minute" after 10 mins called back, told the same thing, this went on for another hour, every 10 minutes. Finally after 2 hours cancelled it, driver arrived 15 minutes after that, did not want to let me cancel, finally had to slam door in his face. Today I decided to give them a second chance, guy taking order said. "didn't you leave a bad review on Facebook?" I said yes, two plus hours was way too long to wait, and if pizza was in car for over an hour, it would be cold. He got rude, so I took my business to Vocellis again. Pleasant people to talk to, and good pizza. Look Stubbys up on face book, and see what folks and former employees have to say.

The food is average but the service is lacking. It would be nice to not catch attitude about asking for a delivery when it's an hour before the listed closing time - from the manager. If the staff could grasp the idea of customer service, the food might taste a little better. Until then, every time I order it feels like the food is hastily made and the staff has more important things to do.Sorry to inconvenience your driver, who admitted to wanting to go home because he had to meet his girlfriend. At 9:30. When the delivery hours ended at 11:00.(It should be noted that I held off on this review until having ordered from this establishment dozens of times and weighing each order against the others.)

Being from NY I consider myself a wings and pizza connoisseur. Stubby's on 97 in my opinion has the best wings I've had in Maryland, especially for a place that delivers. That brings me to my next point. They would have got 4 stars if the delivery process was a little bit quicker. It took around an hour to get 20 wings and a pizza delivered on a Thursday evening when the order was placed at 4:55pm. Lastly, aside from the wings being wonderful the Pizza was unfortunately very blah. It was definitely lacking in the sauce department, and because of that it lacked in the flavor department as well. It tasted like baked bread with cheese and a hint of sauce. It doesn't need to be swimming in sauce but it needs a little bit of gravy on there. All in all, Stubby's is a great place if you're looking for just wings and apps(and they do big portions for parties too). Their are better places for pizza in the Westminster area, however Pizza is not that great in Maryland to begin with. Prices are reasonable and they do deliver...

The people who work here are rude, incompetent, and have no sense of customer service. When I called, I asked if they were still delivering, to which they responded yes. In a previous call, I already confirmed that our house was close enough for delivery (our house is 5.6 miles from Stubby's, so I wanted to make sure), so we were all set there. While ordering, I asked if I could order a sub with just toppings, no meat, because I am a vegetarian. The person on the phone interrupted, "Just tell me what you want on it!" His responses were equally as short in the remaining call. Then the food was delivered. After handing me the bag of food, the delivery man (DM) started to walk away. I said "We're supposed to have a 2 liter of Coke or Pepsi, also." His response, "Well, I don't have it." Me: "Oh. Do you know if we were we charged for it?" DM (frustrated, looks at the bill): "Yeah, probably! [pause] What do you want me to do? I can bring one the next time you order or I can run back and get one. What do you want?!" Me: "If you can get one, that would be great." DM (pissed): "You want me to go back and get one? Are you kidding me? You DO know where we're located, right?!" Me: "Yeah. I asked before if you all delivered to this area, and I was told yes." DM (still pissed): "I'm not going back there. I'll just go buy one around the corner. Which do you want, Coke or Pepsi?" Me: "I don't care." DM: "Well, which one?!" Me: "Either. Whichever is cheaper." He did bring a soda back about 10 minutes later, but by then I was already fuming and knew I would never order from them again, no matter how good the food was. I have never been treated as a customer in that way, made to feel like something was my fault or like I was asking too much of them to fix something due to their own incompetence. In the end, my food was standard, and my husband enjoyed his sub; perhaps their poor manners left a bad taste in my mouth. It does not surprise me one bit that they have yet to post any testimonials on their website. I will never order from there again, based solely on their rudeness.
