I haven't ordered from this place in ten years. I see exactly why. I placed an order online for delivery this go round. It said it would take 40 minutes. I was allowing extra time because of the rain. I live in walking distance but, wasn't able to get out. Received the food over an hour later. Fries are cold and dry. I ordered a sprite and they delivered a sierra mist. The chicken cheese steak I ordered was supposed to have everything, extra, extra hots and onions. I could taste the hots and onions but, it surely was no extra. I couldn't even see any lettuce and tomato on it. This place must literally be for intoxicated people because this sure was a piss poor meal. I see why I haven't been here in ten years. They don't even deserve a third go round. They are truly on the do not purchase list for me. I can't see what so many others see in this place. If you drive by late hours they are definitely busy. Don't let that fool you.

This place has been declining for years and there is not an end in sight. The best thing about it is that they are open until 3 AM and they deliver. Period.Once upon a time, they cared about the quality of the food and customer service. Tonight, they sent chicken tenders drenched in honey mustard instead of sending the sauce on the side. They also sent the wrong soda. The delivery guy was told the soda was wrong and, even though the ticket said "diet coke,: he said, "It's says Coke" and walked away. I called to speak to someone and got a "manager" who told me that he would not replace the food or the soda. Fortunately, I had ordered via Eat24 who got involved and only then did Stokos correct the issue. The chicken tenders used to be crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Now they are soggy even without the slathering of sauce. The fries were luke-warm at best.A few weeks ago, I ordered pizza and it was easily the worst pizza I have ever had. Soggy, tasteless crust, mediocre pizza sauce and dubious-quality toppings. I used to love their chicken wings, but then the wings were hit and miss as to whether they had been cooked thoroughly. I would order the wings "extra crispy" simply because I wished to ensure they were done, however that did not correct the problem. Because I did not wish to risk biting into a bloody wing, I quit ordering them.There was a time that I ordered from Stokos roughly once every week or two. However, questionable food + bad customer service + slow delivery = A loss of regular customers - like me at this point forward.

I love their salads and the chicken and sub deal is great. I don't like that if you call to order the food it's higher than it would be online. But a sub 8 wings fries and drink 16,99 ain't bad for me and my family

They messed up my order ( delivery) then when I called to have it fixed they told me they don't have shredded cheese and wanted to send me the correct order the next day after they lied and said they didn't have it. Then proceeded to tell me all delivery men were gone and I'd have to wait until tomorrow to eat . I told the person on the phone they could come pick up the whole order and send me a refund , they hung up on me. I couldn't post unless I gave 1 star I'd say horrible customer service . And the dude that took my order , read it back to me as I gave it to him

This business is biased , i called to order deliver the lady took my personal information to then turn around and say delivery was closed and I couldn't put a order in over the phone . I had my sister call and they let her order for delivery . also they took over 2 hours to bring out food and I had an allergic reaction . would not recommend

They did not wear gloves at all while preparing food, one guy was making a pizza and digging his bare hands into the ingredients and then was touching other things. The guy who puts your food in the bag was not wearing gloves, the guy making the chicken was not wearing gloves. The guy didn't use hand sanitizer before putting my food in the bag after touching on things before he was handed my food. Gloves should be protocol just because you're in food service but the fact that we're in a pandemic is even worse. Like literally no gloves or hand sanitizer in sight
