Steelefish Grille

I found this place on the random but I'm glad I got to try it. They have both inside and outside seating. The staff members were very helpful. Crabby fries 9/10Shrimp 7/10Southwestern egg rolls 8/10If you're like me and get comfortable...please don't lol these chicken egg rolls actually have chorizo in them and i didn't know until I took a bite but my mate enjoyed them. Not pictured but the blueberry bourbon smash was really good.

My mom and I stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. We were seated right away and started off with the mozzarella kabobs. They were good but the sizing was inconsistent as some pieces were super tiny. For entrees, we ordered a chicken caesar salad and a short rib grilled cheese. The salad was very small; it was more aligned with the size of a side salad. The short rib grilled cheese was good and was a decent size. Overall it was an ok visit, thinking maybe we visited on an off day as so many others rave about this place.

I'm forced to give a one star review because I got very ill after eating a cup of cream of crab soup and a shrimp salad wrap. Nothing tasted off but I was woken up with stomach cramps that progressed to 15 plus hours of symptoms.

The food is decent. The wait staff is good too. Honestly, the worst thing about this place is their availability. They close basically whenever they feel like it... The hours listed... 11pm. Lmao, I've been by the place at 945 and they were closed. Twice I've tried to get something to eat around 8pm and they have already closed the kitchen.It's sad really cuz the venue is incredible, but they will actually tell people they are closing when there's a band playing. That sounds like something you would make up but I was there when it happened.

I am giving this review based on my experience on Valentine's Day. I usually always enjoy coming here but on this day as a day to be with a lover you do not expect rudeness from someone working. It was not directed to myself, my partner nor any guest. The older hostess was standing out in the middle of the dining area screaming and disrespecting their wait staff about who has what tables. There is a better way to go about it, privately possibly? But this was just so rude and embarrassing for the staff and uncomfortable for the guests. The two waitresses took it like champs and had smiles on their faces the remainder of our dinner but I did not like way they were treated.

The waitress was good and kept checking on us. As for the food it had very little taste. Had to ask for oldbay to get a bit of flavor on my shrimp salad wrap. The oldbay wings also needed a lot more seasoning. My wife's grouper was also very bland. The ambience was ok. Nothing fancy.

Incredibly rude service. My wife and I come in the door, host was some guy with his pants low enough where half is undergarments showing. I'm standing there for a min before says how are you but too busy to look up from his phone. My Vietnamese wife answers him but he completely ignores her before he asks me how many in party. takes us all the way back of the near empty restaurant to the completely empty dark outside inner deck under a Hugh noisy fan. Plastic patio chairs? My wife and I are dressed in nice outfits and this is his choice for us? Told him i want better than this but was ignored. so my wife and I go inside to sit at a proper table. Told the waitress we're sitting here, she says ok let me make quick change. after waiting 5 min, we got up and walked out the door. The ignorant RACIST "Host" didn't bother looking up from his phone on way out. Clearly this must be a "ALL WHITES ONLY" establishment - No one deserves to be treated with such disrespect and contempt. Perhaps a name change to RottenFish is apropos.

Really nice seaside looking restaurant that you would find on the water. We were seated at the bar our normal place to sit, very nice bartender and knew her cocktails. I had rockfish bites and they were excellent. The servers were very friendly and talkative. A little distance from home but will go back again.

Worst crab cakes EVER!!! Tasteless mush! Ordered as takeout. Threw them in the trash when I got home. Wish I would have taken a photo

Very disappointed, went there for my mother's 83rd Birthday. There was 16 of us, with family from out of town. After paying the 720.00 bill, the manager abruptly came over and said that we needed to either go to the bar area or leave he wanted the tables, I counted 6 empty tables around us. My mother can not sit at a high top table in bar area. We were not there for an extended time. We did not even get to finish our drinks. ​I told the manager i hope it was worth it, we will mever be back.
