Fun, lively waterfront outdoor indoor bar and restaurant. Customers can dock their boats and pop in for food and drinks! We went on a hopping Saturday night and were seated at a picnic table on the deck--there was live music, great energy, beautiful views, and Key West vibes.Our server Savannah was so friendly and helpful. She answered all my detailed questions about what and how to order. I ended up getting the crab cake sandwich with fries on the side and a half dozen oysters. The food was tasty and pretty filling.Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely come back.

Friendly staff, very accommodating, mahi tacos were yummy. The paloma & the grapefruit crush was delicious. Calamari, hush puppies, coconut shrimp & fries basket were all tasty. Great spot to stop while out on the bay.Highly recommended

excellent meal. the crab soup was near perfect and the waitress brought some fresh baked roll absolutely delicious. I had the Reuben sandwich and couldn't put it down it was so good. my son had a sandwich as well and it was very nice. can't complain.

Obnoxious fellow dinersFood was fine, service was lackadaisical. Setting was lovely. The mood was spoiled by fellow diners loudly shouting pro-Trump cheers, boasting about kicking his teenage daughter out of the house, and insulting his wife, unfavorably comparing her to old girlfriends. The fact that he felt comfortable being so obnoxious in be all these ways made my party feel like we were out of place. We won't be returning. Pirates Cove is a much nicer environment and vibe.

If you want to pay top dollar for cold, flavorless food, this is your place. After waiting 30 minutes for our table, we were finally seated which is understandable on a busy day as such. But then we were ignored for another 20 minutes until we flagged someone down to take our order.Our two simple, flash-fried items, which should have taken less than ten minutes to prepare, took over an hour to arrive. One was cold and had to be sent back, requiring an additional 20-minute wait for a replacement.When I raised these issues with the assistant manager, she responded rudely, dismissing my concerns by saying they were busy and questioning my experience. For the record, I've spent the past decade in high-volume hospitality, working for reputable companies like Landry's Chart House Prime, Universal Resorts, and Tavistock, managing tens of thousands of customers daily. The service here is abysmal, and the staff urgently needs better training and management. Avoid this place if you value your time and money.

Servers are amazing, but the hostess or whoever's booking tables have no idea what they're doing. Six of us waited for two hours for a table, people getting seated all around us. Kept checking back (three times) and were told sternly "We'll call you". Eventually a server in the area we were standing seated us. Ended up spending over $500. I get it Saturdays are busy but you're letting lots of money slip by not to mention angering ideal customers. Get organized and maximize.

It hurts me to leave this review but maybe it will help them. I don't know but I hope so...So first, the good-great... THE CRABS!!! They only do licks so they don't have crabs year round but when they do... they're some of the best. This is actually my go to for crabs if I don't eat at home. They're always heavy, cooked to perfection and priced well. The service is always top tier. Customer service and all is great. Zero complaints about the staff at all. This is also a great place on the water and they always have live music which is good. They also have plenty of parking usually as well. Now the bad... SORRY. But the fried coconut shrimp and fish and chips are horrible. It really is some probably restaurant depot stuff that they just fry up. Of course the fries and puppies are the same but how bad can those be anyway? The coke slaw is good as is the steamed shrimp. Basically anything outside of the crabs is just mid. Sorry but it's true. I'll always come here for crabs, steamed shrimp, pups, fries and slaw but outside of that... sorry.

Fun place to go and sit outside. You can get a picnic table under cover on the back deck, or sit facing the water in Adirondack chairs w a small table in between to put your food & drinks on.Soft shell crab sandwich is the best in town, hard shells available in season, the seared ahi tuna app is awesome as well. Outdoor bar (window), and live music on weekend nights doesn't hurt.The service is good, the location is great. The parking fills up, and you may have to walk from abt half a block, but it's not a big deal.

Early LunchSo to kick off My EBJ's Birthday week of Crabs Drinks and fun we decided on date 2 to go to Stan & Joe's Let's start ..... it was raining cats Dogs Snails and FrogsThis did not stop us from arriving early and having the BEST EXPERIENCEMy girls and I started off with Orange Crushes, Margarita's and Vodka w/RedbullAll drinks were very goodNext on to the appetizersPotato skinsCalamariHush puppiesCrab dipNow the main eventCRABS...Crabs.... CRABSNOW we arrived early enough to see the fisherman delivering themThey were super fresh and extremely BigI will definitely be back and just as early as before

Went to stan and Joe's on Friday afternoon to get crabs,as,as we have many times,I know the prices are high,but $100 for a dozen medium crabs was way overpriced. I can understand that price for large,but not medium. We paid the price,but down to the last 2 crab they were so poor the shells had holes in them. We told our waitress,but she didn't offer a discount or to replace them .I like stan and Joe's their crushes are great and the food is ok. But never again will I get crabs there.
