Sprout Vegan 2.0

Solid new vegan spot close to Johns Hopkins Hospital. I was craving some fresh food so I decided to check this place out as it is walking distance from the hospital. I ended up getting a fantastic four smoothie which has mango, pineapple, and banana. It tasted really delicious and tropical! I think they use mango juice from concentrate but the fruit all looked like it was fresh/frozen. They have a lot of other items on the menu including sandwiches, fresh juices, mac, and salad bowls which I would be interested to try as the many vegan options really interest me! The sandwiches seem a little expensive but they appear pretty large from the other customer I saw who got them!

The experience could have been better. The service wasn't bad, but it also wasn't good. The food was ok, but it lacked seasoning. I ordered the vegan crab cake sandwich and rice. Unfortunately, the crab cake was bland. --Maybe add Old Bay seasoning to give it the "crab taste."

Loved it the one time I found them open. Have not seen anyone in here for weeks. Looks like it's closed down, but the website hasn't been updated, hours still posted on the door, looks like equipment is still in there, but nobody home and the door is locked. Is this just somebody not showing up for work, or has the location shut down?

I tried a smoothie from here for the first time, and it did not disappoint. They use real fruit and fruit juice and no added sugars. I love that there is a new vegan place in this part of town! Can't wait to be back and try the vegan burgers, sandwiches and other entrees!

Great vegan food and smoothies. Crab cake and other sandwiches, rice bowls, wraps, nuggets and vegan Mac n cheese. Awesome smoothies and raw juices. Desserts included banana pudding, lemon bars, apple pie and pineapple upside down cake.

Okay that was so delicious. !!! I had a rice bowl with citrus rib, and a smoothie. It was so tasty. Good size portion & good service as well. Fast, delicious and convenient. This place would be good for anyone, vegan or not.

I tried the PowerHouse. Unique blend of flavors that tastes good to a picky palate. Great price as it is more than one meal. Friendly customer service. Very close to the hospital. I will be back.
