Smash Up Burgers

This truck came to the Crofton Farmer's market for the first time in early July. I was excited to try their food because I've heard good things. This particular morning, they were offering a breakfast burger special: smash patty with bacon, egg, cheese, onions, jalapeños, and cilantro lime sauce. Their regular menu sells two different burgers: The Classic Double (lettuce, tomato, burger sauce) and The Retro Double (pickles, onions, ketchup, mustard). I opted for the retro double. The burger was good. It had a nice crust on the outside. There was enough ketchup and mustard on the burger to taste, but not so much that it's dripping off the sides when you bite into it. The fries were good. I wish they offered a bigger cup of them since they're almost $4.Burgers are $9.79, fries are $3.95, and drinks are $2.00. They also have merchandise like t-shirts, hats, and hoodies for sale. The employee that took my order was really friendly. I hope they make a return to the Crofton Farmer's market! I would definitely get burgers from them again.

Not bad. If you are *really* into smash burgers, you'll probably like this place.We got the Classic Burger and the Retro Burger. Super thin patties on both with a slight crispy edge. Decent sauce. The bun is kinda meh. I think with the patties being so thin, the flavor is kind of lost in the mix of sauce and toppings. We didn't get any fries, but they look like pretty standard shoestring fries.The folks in the truck were friendly and got our burgers out to us relatively quickly. The prices aren't half bad considering how expensive things are these days.I admit I prefer a thicker juicier burger, but this place is A-OK if you have a hankering for a burger.

Smash Up is an exceptional food truck in Annapolis. The best people and amazing burgers. I frequent as much as possible!

Deliciousness!!!! I customized a classic double- No lettuce or tomato and add onions sooo yummy! The burger sauce is top notch! True smash burgers not just a thinner patty. They definitely have it figured out. The fries were great as well. Burgers are freshly made so there is a small wait for the yummy-ness!! The team is friendly and the prices are fair. For sure a must try!!

Unless you want to swallow a mound of grease avoid buying or ingesting anything from a Smash Up Burger's food truck. Even worse than the food are the Smash Up Burger's owners (based in Annapolis, MD). The owners are inconsiderate, rude people!
