Shoppers Discount Liquors

When I come back home to visit,I always have some 4-8 take back. I'm give Shopper Discount Liquor.

Shoppers is a nice sized discount liquor store. They have a lot of solid options with wine and liquor and their prices are great compared to the other stores in the area. Service is cool as they are just focused on getting you rung up and on your way. I usually suggest this place since it's accessible from Liberty Rd. I'll definitely continue to come here.

I've gone to this place years. They really do have a huge selection of items. Their prices are reasonable and they usually have quite a few specials and sales. They tend to keep newer liquors up front near the counter. I love that they also have a nice selection of shortie bottles for those who just want a small amount or if they want to try it before buying a larger bottle. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they don't really have any signs for the aisles and no one greeted me or asked me did I need assistance. But I'll always go back for now lol.

This business received 1 star from me for their check cashing service. They have signs posted saying "we don't cash signed checks"! How insane is that? I personally spoke with the owner this evening and he stated it was due to people electronically depositing checks into their bank accounts then coming in there to cash them. I told him that was fraud and he should have taken the proper step to handle those individuals, but why penalize others?? Please understand when you are a business owner you do have the rights to call the shots, but this is my issue the women that was working at the check cashing window stated out loud "ugh I been accepting these signed checks all day, I'm not doing this for anyone else"! Boom, Sir, you need to huddle with your staff, because clearly they are going against your rules.

Sometimes this place can be out the way, but it is a convenient price grabber for liquors. Of course, they have everything from beer, wine, liquors, chips, soda, incense, ice, and they offer lottery, check cashing and western union. Instantly this place may take a breath or two from you, because it looks like a warehouse. From the outside it doesn't seem so spacious but once inside you just pick which side of the building you want to start from.The deal that stands out for me is a 18 pack of Budweiser bottles for $14.99....for those of you that know beer prices, I think that is definitely a deal. For other products I'm sure there is a deal too...be there!

its the only liquor store for miles around open on sunday, and they even keep normal hours. its an old school hood style warehouse liquor store, nothing hipster here, zero Fs given about making anything pretty. But it's open late on sunday, they have a wide range of bottom shelf stuff, and the prices aren't jacked up like some of the fancier stores around. So 5 stars from me.

Me and my wife came to this place looking for Frangelico liqueur and Pinnacle Whipped. To our surprised this place carried these item. I ask for a card board insert for my purchase so my glass bottles would not break. The gentleman was bothered by my request and responded by telling me to take all of them and proceeded to put a stack of them in my bag. I told him that was not professional and he just got finishing racial profiling and arguing with another customer who indeed made a purchase. I have witness on several occasions the unfriendly tone of this establishment. I choose not to return, enough is enough.
