This place is pretty much hit and miss. I've placed orders three separate times for pick up. The first two times I ordered the same thing chicken cheese steak with onion rings and diet Pepsi. Both times I ordered I returned home only to find out it was regular steak both times. Both times money was wasted because I am not a fan of regular steak. I decided to give them one last try. I refused to even attempt to order a chicken cheese steak this time because apparently they just can't get that right. I ordered Italian cold cut, onion rings and diet Pepsi. I can actually say that I did enjoy their Italian cold cut. It was very tasty. I would reorder that if I choose to return. This is a place I wouldn't race about but, like I say it seems to be hit or miss.

I had them make me simple chicken box and fries... how in the hell do you mess up chicken and fries. Kids can cook chickens and fries, They gave me burned up chicken and over cooked reheated fries. They refuse to give me my money back or replace it with new chicken and fries, So disappointed. To eat is expensive now a simple chicken box cost $10 for 4 pieces of chicken and fries. They manage to screw it up, They will not get another dollar from me or my family ever again. To eat here is to play rush and roulette.I would give them 0 stars but they don't have a zero spot.

The food was good for two orders. Then we received a sub with fuzzy green mold very clearly shown on top of the bread. Requested a refund for the one sub and supervisor claimed I had to bring it to them. Uh, wth?! No. I requested a refund for only one sub, not the entire order and person became beligerant about the request. I offered to send a pic and nothing. Reported to the Health department and went through Slice app for refund. Ridiculous experience.

Do Not Support this business. I would order from them like 2x a week. Pizza is good, everything else is ok, I mean just okay. I ordered a pizza with extra cheese. When I received my food I was furious. Hardly any cheese, pizza was dry and my French fries was cold and not cooked all the way. I'm not a complainer, most of the time I'll just brush it off. The customer service was horrible. When I called to complain, the worker kept putting me on hold. And I kept calling back. He kept putting me on hold. I've spent alot of money at this place and made a lot of referrals. NO MORR!! Nasty customer service, they won't get a dime from me, my family or friends again. I don't care if it is located around the corner.

They just didn't understand the assignment well I called earlier that day and was gonna get delivery but they guy in the phone was so rude I called and canceled order anyways later on that eve I end up calling back and picking up my order I ordered a provolone shrimp cheesesteak with everything extra meat extra shrimp extra onions extra mayo bread toasted dark lol yup all of that well I can tell it was there fist time making a sandwich like this overall sandwich okay just lacked flavour and shrimp way over cooked ugh

I ain't gonna lie... I usually Hate carryout pizza however I just ate the best damn Sausage pizza from Sherwood carryout tonite. Now I don't know if it's because I live right down the street and very hot and fresh however it was DELISH!!!

It's your typical neighborhood sub shop. The food received is a lot for the money spent. Its food is good except for their chicken wings that's not seasoned enough but otherwise I still order other things on the menu.
