We found this hidden gem while on our way to Westminster. We saw the sign (and it opened up our eyes) and we decided on a whim to stop by. it was delightful. The outdoors setting is really quite peaceful, and inside is cozy. We started with a flight and then moved to a bottle. They have a wonderful assortment of wines, dry to sweet, and even sangria. The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Serpent Ridge Vineyard is a small-scale boutique winery that opened back in 2009. I have visited a few times and with each visit; I realize that (1) this place knows how to throw an event, and (2) pair wine with DESSERT. They nail the dessert realm of wine, and their pairings are phenomenal (if you want to pair a wine with your own dessert, go for the Chambourcin, Serpent Kiss or even the Slither (careful! It is a port-style!). If you are into winery events, I highly recommend checking out their website since they have a full calendar of ideas! If you want to pop-in for a tasty taste, they do not require reservations and you can also bring "outside" food on premise.Tips:Last call for wine pouring is 30 minutes before closing time. Leashed dogs are welcome outside. There is limited parking so if you are bringing a group, please call ahead.

A very cute vineyard and tasting room. Good selection of wines to choose from, offering dry, sweet, and dessert wines. The wine labels are so cute! Unfortunately the wines weren't as good as I'd hoped (I was especially disappointed with the Medusa cab), but I would happily return for a glass of the albariño in order to enjoy the winery atmosphere in the summer.

Food 5/5 Service 5/5Ambiance 5/5This place was really nice the service was amazing very welcoming, patient and gave recommendations. Ambiance was beautiful we sat infront of the vine yard to taste test out wine. They make fresh pizza it's Delicious . Would go back for sure. It Wasn't a very diverse crowd. And mostly mature crowd as well. But i still had a great time.

Love the wine! This is a small vineyard with indoor and outdoor seating. I haven't tried any food, but I've had flights and I've bought several bottles of wine over the past few years. The are open on weekends and sometimes have really cool special events, check their Facebook page. The staff are really friendly and are great at making recommendations based on what you like.

I love the wineries in this area so when I discover a new one they already have an advantage. The staff were amazing when I arrived and talked me through the wines and of course I started with a flight. i loved everything I tried and they were just the right amount of dry for me. Then i moved on to the frozen peach Bellini and all I can say is if you are near by GET ONE! I walked away with a lovely bottle of an off dry rose and a reason to head back soon.

I totally loved this vineyard! The ride out to this property was so peaceful and beautiful! I will say as you approach the driveway to enter the property, there's two, and Waze and Google Maps will send you down Cabernet Road. Don't take that turn, turn into the property using the first driveway that has the signs because, that's the correct way to enter. It was small and quaint! Lauren and Amy were super nice and friendly! Especially, Lauren very helpful with suggestions and providing information about the sweetness of the wine. My favorite was the Serpent's Melody and the frozen Bellini. We sat out on the patio and then table and under the umbrella! It was a perfect afternoon for relaxing and chatting with a beautiful glass of vino!

We stopped here today to taste a few wines while we were in the area. This establishment has dry and semi sweets wines and although I prefer sweet wines I really appreciated how much Hal cared about talking about his wines. The decor was great and I really liked how it was set up. Did I care for the wines as a sweet wine drinker, no. But would I come back or recommend this location for those who like those types of wines, yes definitely!

11/9/24Serpent Ridge Winery a Gem of Boutique Winerywhere the wine selections were delightful! But it doesn't stop there, as regular winery touring visitors we found this one by taking a detour on the way to a larger winery and the three of us were soooo happy we did! The atmosphere was very welcoming from the landscaping and vineyards to the fire pits and the offerings of blankets should visitor want one. Inside the tasting room the owner and the sommeliers were great and couldn't do enough to make our visit memorable. The wines were enjoyable and they peach bellinis especially good. And if you are looking for fun and creative wine products Serpent offered these too and we purchased Xmas gifts. We can't say enough good things about this homey, good tasting winery.See what we mean visit Serpent Ridge Winery soon!
