Seaside Seafood Carryout

Came for dinner with my mom and stepdad. Crabs were huge. Seafood potato skins were OK could've had a little more flavor. The waiter was nice. It was a good time. I would definitely go back. Do you wish they had regular hot sauce though.

Stopped in to get some 31/35 medium shrimp they were $12.99 a pound. I purchased a half pound.The carryout was very clean.customer service was great. There were two young ladies behind the counter and they where very quick. I waited maybe 5 minutes.

Update: Went back for this Louisiana crawfish because I was super excited to see them up here. I'm from Texas where we have big crawfish boils in the spring but rarely see them in Maryland. Unfortunately they were not fresh and tasted old. Apparently they cook them the day before and heat them back up when you order them. I was bummed because i thought they would keep them live and cook them fresh to order but this wasn't the case. A bit disappointed!

Lunch size crab imperial is the most outstanding dish I've ever seen or eaten. This restaurant rocks for seafood. Keep up the great work! Five star restaurant for sure. Just look at these photos I took. Lump MARYLAND CRAB MEAT throughout the entire dish

This is the carryout location.Friendly and professional staff. I ordered a half and half crab soup b3cause I love it and I knew it would be amazing. Meh. But don't let me hold you. The MD crab soup and the cream of crab don't NEED each other to be great. The MD crab is its own soup. Bursting with flavor. It's what you think when you think md crab soup. No tag ins or cosigning needed. Solid 4 stars soup. Now the cream of crab is a bit of a conundrum. Like where to put your mind. Some people like their crab of cream loosey goosey soup with no bones or weight to it. It's basically hot cream with crab and parsley OR you like that elmers glue paste soup that you can also use to paper mache (that's how old I am. Who remembers paper mache? Lol). This cream of cram sits in the middle of those two. Not too flavorful but loaded with crab meat and slightly thick. Meh. I wouldn't order it again. I'll definitely be back to try the awesome crab and seafood deals!

We normally get crabs here a few times a season. Not anymore. $120 for two dozen dry crabs. I am 52, I have had plenty of crabs, and I know when the crabs are re-steamed. These are dry as dirt. Every single claw crumbles apart when you try and pick them and a handful were bright green inside and the meat was shriveled up. This was the most disappointing year with them. And when contacted I was told to pack them back up and bring them back. Middle of picnic, that's not possible, you don't stand behind your product, done with you.

I've been to Seaside twice since the pandemic began. The first time, I treated myself to a dozen crabs for my birthday back in April. The second time was a few weeks ago in which I got crabs for someone else. They are currently trying to make their ordering and pick-up process as seamless and contactless as possible. You place your order over the phone or online. When you arrive, you call them to let them know that you have arrived. They will ask you what parking space you're in or the type of car you're in and come out to your car to accept payment and give you your food. They will not let you inside the building so it's best to look at their menu online and call for crab availability before going there. Expect a little bit of a wait when you arrive, especially if the parking lot is full of cars.As far as the crabs, they were tasty and steamed to perfection with the right amount of seasoning. I ended up getting a dozen regular males and I thought that was the perfect amount since I was just eating crabs by myself. They full of meat so no complaints there. Seaside has a Facebook page and they post their current prices and availability there so check that out as well.

Great size crabs, good prices, good service! Nice spot to bring the family to watch the game and eat good seafood and amazing Hush puppies.

Great crabs and friendly people. Great location. Great prices also. They run specials at times.

Great shrimp and friendly customer service. Never a long wait and a family favorite. We always return!
