Sausage Master

I ordered the Spicy Italian Sausage with sautéed onions and ketchup from Sausage Master, expecting a flavorful and juicy bite. Unfortunately, what I got was a mild sausage that lacked any spice or kick, and it was incredibly dry. The sautéed onions were the saving grace, adding some much-needed moisture and flavor to an otherwise disappointing experience.I asked for help when placing my order, but the lady assisting me seemed distracted, as she was either on the phone or talking to a coworker. While the service was okay overall, it didn't leave much of an impression. If you're going to advertise a "Spicy Italian" option, it should deliver on both spice and juiciness. Sadly, this one missed the mark. It's possible I caught them on an off day, but I wouldn't rush back.

Fast, friendly, fun, cheap, and delicious! Places in a cute food hall with great variety too of you want to hop stalls for diversity.

Our goal was to try a variety of foods and we selected Sausage Master. Excellent selection. We opted for the Baltimore Dog and the Kraut. Also, they have shaved ice and that was the hat trick of what made for a tasty snack.

Love this place! Beef hot dogs, slaw, chili, onions what more could you ask for! I went with a classic for my first order. It was well worth it. Service was fast and the atmosphere was friendly. No direct seats only market seating. Can't wait to try my next!!!

Ok, so the service was fine. Not overly friendly but certainly not rude. I feel like these folks had just had a long ass day already. But the food came out super quickly. Their sausages were great! Excellent quality with an abundance of toppings to choose from. The prices are reasonable for the quality and that you get as many toppings as you want includes. Get one of these while you walk around and decide what else you want to eat at Lexington Market.

had to check this place out, since I was in B'more, so I walked over to the "NEW" lexingtion market.the place was super-clean (still have a bunch of hood rats just hanging out) and they had a bunch of new stores.the food here was on point, the staff was clean, quick and efficient. I had the Carolina sausage and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Went here to try the sausages and sadly they were just too dry. The service was subpar as well, they took long to make the food and just didn't seem to have good customer service skills. I recommend trying Snake Hill grill for good sausages.

One of my fav places to hit up in Lexington Market in Bmore!! Used to go all the time when I was at UMBC but now that I'm living in DC, it's no longer a quick drive over. My favs were the spicy sausages... both the Hot Italian and Hot Country (topped with hot sauce, mustard, and sauerkraut) but you can't go wrong with the Polish Sausage or the All Beef hot dog and I usually get those topped with chili, mustard, and raw onions! On my last trip out there, they added FRIES to the menu!!! Mmm... top those with some chili & cheese and I'm a happy girl! I really need to make a trip out to Bmore soon! They were always busy, which was a good sign, they're cheap, and they're CLEAN! Can't wait to get back there!

As I entered Lexington Market, this was one of the places I passed on my way to get some crab cakes. I love sausages! Okay, I love meat in general. On to the meats...Hot Italian: This was so dry even with onions and relish on it. I didn't enjoy the texture of the sausage. I would never order this again The big beef: Oh yes, this was delicious. Nice and plump. Juicy and tender.(Hello people I'm talking about the hot dog) I got onions, relish and hot sauce. The kielbasa: Another standout! The staff was friendly and answered my questions. I was an idiot and forgot to add mustard and ketchup; instead I asked for packets of ketchup to go. This is a no-no. Everything stayed warm until I got to the hotel. The only problem was the bread got a little soggy from the toppings but still delicious.

This place is bangin! Always fresh and hot. A good selection of hot dogs and sausages some brand names such as Nathans Famous and others from local businesses. Their shave ice is hands down the best in Maryland. I always stop by the Sausage Master when im in town to watch the Orioles or Ravens. This is def a place to visit in Lexington Market!!
