Sarku Japan

We went to the mall for something and I stopped in at the food court! We got the teriyaki chicken and it was as it's always been!They were nice when we ordered and everything was clean :) we enjoyed our lunch.

I've been hitting up Sarku at several of their locations. This one is very good. I just stick with the chicken, add extra chicken for $1.99. Can't beat it. Just order by number. Communicate clearly and be kind to one another.

The food is fresh and well-prepared by an authentic native chef. The service was also exceptionally professional.

The cashier rang my order wrong and when I brought it to her attention she became belligerent and caused a frustration with me urging s refund and even reporting her to ICE and the issue to the malls management since she nor her coworkers could seem to find a manager to hear my complaint. I'd give this store a negative 5. New attitudes and a better set of communication skills would be awesome

This restaurant had been my go to place for a year during my college days. The food tastes delicious, absolutely affordable and they have a great deal if you are their regular customer. Ask for a card which you need to get it punched every time you have a meal from them. Every 7th meal is free if you have had 6 meals from them.Let's go to reviewing their food now. I love their Bento bowl. Comes with great choices from Sushi to rolls and teriyaki chicken or beef with fried rice. Must try if you go there.

I used to love going to the Sarku Japan in my hometown when I was a kid. When I saw that there was a Sarku Japan in the mall, I wanted to relive my childhood memories of Americanized Japanese food.Located inside the food court of the mall, there's plenty of seating. There wasn't a line when I came up to make my usual order: teriyaki chicken with noodles, extra chicken. Within a few minutes, I was handed my order. Not as instantaneous as the busy location back home, but it's to be expected when it's not busy and there's only one guy behind the counter.I think the guy was a bit too generous on the sauce (sugar, soy sauce, oil) that he lathered on top. Other than the copious sauce, it tasted like your typical chicken teriyaki from a fast food place. My biggest gripe was actually that the boxes they use for your meal are a bit smaller than what they give you from other locations.If you're in the mood for something indulgent and vaguely Japanese, Sarku Japan is a good bet.

If I could give them a zero stars I would. They have roaches. I was standing in line after just paying and there was a few people in front of me. I saw something move on the glass where they cook the meat, I shifted my body to see better and then the girl in front of me started screaming. I got a better look at it as it crawled on there side of the glass and then went to into where the food is on the grill thing. It was 100% a decent sized roach. And so we immediately asked for our money back and they tried to say no and totally disregarded the roach issue as if it's a normal occurrence for them. Eventually they gave us our money back. But yea I wouldn't be surprised if everyone on that side of the food court has them so eat at the mall with caution.

Food is acceptably good. OK, now that we got that out of the way, on to the fun part...Go to YouTube and look up "MADtv Cloret just juice". Cloret is who you will meet in a pocket-sized Latina version at the cash register. Same bad attitude, same leaning stance, same disgust. Have fun!

The line was long but definitely worth the wait. I got the a bottle of water, veggie delight, spring roll and the shrimp tempura rolls. Everything was fantastic and the best part...it was ONLY $13. A great bang for your buck. Will definitely be eating here again.
