Saladworks is a regular stop for me. First: The food. It's fresh, healthy, delicious and a great variety for a salad eater. Plus reasonably priced.I always get the create your own salad. First there is the choice of greens, spinach, romaine, spring mix or baby kale. And you can have a mixture if you like. Then there are several choices of fruits and several choices of vegetables. You can add cheeses other proteins and toppings. With every salad you get a free roll. There are other choices on the menu like paninis and soups and grain bowls. Also I love the fact that the place is super clean. The workers are constantly cleaning. The bathrooms are always clean. And the workers are always pleasant. They close at 8 pm. Sometimes I wish that were 9, but not so.I have their app and points seem to add up quickly and they do offer specials for those who do have the app.All in all a great place to go when you want carryouts but something a little bit more healthy.

Salad works never disappoints! No matter when I go, my salad is always good! The kale is always fresh and crisp, the shrimp skewers are my favorite. I love all the options you have to put on your salad. The customer service is always great and the establishment is well-kept and has dining tables where you sit down and eat.

Recommended to me by a coworker, so I finally decided to try it. Ordered the Asian chicken salad, There is definitely enough for leftovers. I also appreciate that they asked the "right" questions. Not just about dine in ot takeout, but did I want the dressing mixed in or on the side? Was I OK with the suggested dressing or want a different one? Did I want all the ingredients or need to modify? These are all simple questions but they get overlooked /forgotten so often in food service. It's a bit more than I expected to pay, but good nonetheless. I'm usually a Panera girl, but this is a good alternative.

I'm thrilled there's finally a salad place in Bel Air! I came here on a very busy day following their grand opening (must've been just a few days). The ingredients are fresh and the salad was very good. The only thing I'm not thrilled about is the price. I made my own salad which only includes 5 ingredients, premium ingredients/protein being extra. So while I didn't get a million things on my salad (chicken, romaine, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, bacon, avocado)... it was almost $15! Yes it's a huge salad but I could make the same salad next door at Sprout and get away with around $10, maybe $11. I realize this is a franchise so I'm not sure there's much they can do, but it doesn't take away from the fact that it was a pricey salad. If you stick to the menu items you will be around $10 (without your drink), which I feel like is a reasonable price for an entree out these days. None of the ones on the menu really appealed to me though so that's why I made my own. In sum - great if you stick to the menu, but beware of the cost when you make your own.

I found this gem on my way to work and I am so happy I did. It's easy to miss because it's surrounded by several popular stores/restaurants. There is a small outdoor seating area in front and it was full when I went around lunchtime. The inside was extremely neat and clean, especially for a salad bar. I'm used to seeing sprinkles of lettuce, cheese, or other toppings either on the counters or nearby, but not here. Everything was organized, including the staff. I ordered a custom Cobb salad and it was both delicious and filling. I like that they have several protein options and the option to either have your dressing on the side or mixed in. I paid $12, which is a little more than I'm used to paying for a medium salad, but it was probably high because of all the customizing I did. Either way, it was worth it. This place will be my new salad spot for awhile.

We've enjoyed getting Saladworks take-out recently. The salads are full of toppings and full of so much flavor. The grain bowls are so yummy, but the build your own grain bowl is a little light for a comparable price. Also, the app is great! It has provided so many deals and rewards!

The food here is excellent the price is approachable. The people are friendly the concept is straight forward the service is fast. The concept is infinitely customizable and it's a lot of food. The produce seemed fresh I felt like the salad dressings options were a bit overwhelming and I'd call medium heavy in therms of dressing amount but would definitely return.

I like the food and it is very fresh but the customer service lacks and the portions are too small for the add ons. They give you a ton of lettuce but the topping are so chinchy and then if you want a little extra dressing they charge yet another dollar for that. It just feels like whenever I go I feel I have been nickel and dimed! I prefer to get a salad elsewhere.

My family was so excited that there was a salad place opening near home in Bel Air. Normally we would take the 30 min drive to White Marsh to Nalley Fresh for a really great build your own salad. Read the reviews but decided to give it a try anyway. Slightly disappointed for a few reasons (1) you are charged .99 for each additional topping after 5, I love a lot of stuff in my salads so to make sure I didn't end up with a $20 salad I opted for a Cobb salad instead of build your own (2) the salad is served in the same huge metal bowl that it's mixed in to disguise the fact that it's about the size of a chick Fila salad and actually the bowl itself is a little offensive. (3) limited drink options..no freshly made teas. Only pluses were the rolls were fresh and the soup options were decent ..At least we gave it a try.. but I think in the future we will stick to Nalley Fresh..MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE for the price.

Delicious. All fresh ingredients and the chicken was tasty and moist. We had "Sophie's salad" and "Asian Crispy Chicken". Both were 5 stars
