I ordered a few times through grubhub. The food was subpar, and they took forever, but its so I didn't complain. However the last couple times I ordered, the food was messed up or cold. Then I tried to order again to learn I was blacklisted for getting a refund on a terrible meal. Instead of blocking people from ordering, you should be sure your orders go out correctly. And tell grubhub to take you off the app since you don't tell customers they've been banned and have them waiting an hour for food.

They are always messing up my order. There cooks can not take directions given by the person taking the order or they don't care. I ordered today a pizza I wanted Ricotta cheese, pineapple and pepperoni. It had sour cream on it instead of ricotta . They told me that is the only ricotta they have "WTH" can't they tell the difference between sour cream and ricotta. So there putting sour cream in there calzones also? Note to owners. Hire cooks who know what there doing and can read and follow orders correctly. Also have your people taking orders check things before they go out for missing items. If you would do this you go from 2 star to 5 easy.

When I called, the chick said their boss said we are on a no service list. It's not my fault you can't make orders right, and I was bringing it to Grubhub's attention, not looking for a refund. The food use to be great but the sandwiches have gotten so small all bread no meat , had sandwich last night it was awful.
