Great neighborhood bar with outstanding food. Haven't been in awhile but you always feel welcome when you are there

This very visible but often passed by inn was our mission for today. It was a Sunday with an Orioles game on the many tv's. Some patrons were very vocal about it!We took a seat at the front, and a bit later, the server got the drinks, it was a long pause to order the meal, she said she could not see us from her area.I got the chicken wings, naked and mild. It came with celery and ranch. Added on an order of fresh cut fries. You can also get your wings battered.Hubby got the roast beef platter, 2 slices of bread piled with very tender thinly sliced beef, and then the gravy topped it all. Oh, I almost forgot, the side he chose was German potato salad, lightly warmed and he was pleased with it.Wing special day is Wed,$1/wing.several flavors for you to choose from. (Henny Penny wings).At the left side of the bar is a chalkboard with what's on special. Come to find out, our server, Bonnie, is the owner.There is plenty of free parking on the side.

What a charming little dive right in the heart of Perry Hall! We came here on a Wednesday night after another local spot had too long of a wait. And I'm glad we did! You can tell this place has regulars and they love it there. We had to wait a bit for help since there was only 1 bartender who was also the only server. But she was super friendly and personable. I ordered a cheesesteak and tater tots. The cheesesteak was surprisingly delicious! I wasn't sure what to expect but it was great. The tater tots were crispy but had no flavor. Unfortunately it did take a bit to get our food, and our one friend got hers about 15 minutes before the rest of us did. But in their defense, the kitchen is tiny and only has 1 cook. Overall we had a good time and I can see us putting this spot in our rotation.

The food is great. The bartenders are very attentive. The wings are delicious and big! I was here for $1 wing night by chance, so glad that worked out for me.

I feel disloyal for liking the Rustic so much. I was a regular at the establishment that previously occupied this space, and was devastated when the beloved owner decided to retire. What would become of our local hangout? Would the clientele change? Would the food be any good? Fortunately for us, the switch was very smooth, and the place is actually busier since fans of the Rustic's former location now come here too!The clientele has remained largely the same, mostly baby boomer generation O's and Ravens fans. This is not a hip and happening spot; it's a neighborhood bar where everybody knows everybody else and you can come in, relax and make conversation or enjoy a game on TV. The décor is currently a work in progress as the new owners are making upgrades and changes; don't expect to be wowed by your surroundings yet, they have a lot of work to do for what they are planning.But the most exciting change has been the food. Wow, this is some really good bar food! The owner Bonnie makes nearly everything from scratch, and she is a talented home cook. Her chicken salad is the best that I have ever had; tender shreds as opposed to messy chunks. A daily special of a chicken sloppy joe sandwich was at first odd and sweet, and then we realized it had butter pickles in it! Sounds crazy, but if you like a sweet BBQ sauce give it a try, it really grew on us and I would order it again. The American cold cut was large and filling, and the hot pepper cheese balls are quickly becoming a favorite snack. Take note of the hamburger as well, it is delicious and tastes like you are at a cook out. And on Monday the burgers are half price!There are daily specials listed on a neon wall board to your left when you walk in, with items ranging from crab cakes to spaghetti and meatballs to pot roast. All of those are on my list of items to try, as well as so many others. Welcome to the neighborhood Rustic Inn, we are glad to have you become a part of our community!

This review isn't about the overall quality of this space, the amenities, the atmosphere, or the varied menu options. That review would be full of lies.This place has great wings, cheap beer, space to spread out with a group, and will put on whatever game you want to watch. For the purpose the Rustic Inn serves, it serves it extremely well. And if you're friendly to the crowd of older local regulars, they'll be friendly back.Try the breaded Old Bay wings tossed with buffalo sauce. They are great.

What do you get when you combine great home-style prepared food and good drinks at very reasonable prices along with a cozy, intimate neighborhood feel??? You get the Rustic Inn! Along with those entities add Karaoke on Fridays and Saturdays plus Family Feud and Oldies on Tuesdays. If you haven't heard the word about this long time staple in the Nottingham area of Baltimore County then you are missing a treat.

When we first walked in, the place is best described as basically a neighborhood family bar with great food. They are located in the heart of Perry Hall, and have such a good relationship with their customers. The staff made us feel welcomed and was very kindhearted. They have a nice variety of comfort foods as well.Now on to the Wednesday Special $1.50Wings dine-in only deal! We chose the fried battered chicken wings and they were deliciously crispy, juicy, and well portioned. Definitely bring an appetite with you you're going to need it! P.S.- Sorry I didn't capture the true beauty of the wings in the beginning. I almost forgot to take a picture, cause after they were put down in front of me I dug right in.

This place is a hidden gem! The food is fantastic and nothing like what you would expect from a small bar kitchen. We have never been disappointed with anything we've ordered. The chef, Mitch is a food genius and I highly recommend the pasta salad as a side with your meal! The bar tender, Drea, is awesome and friendly and pours a good drink. It's busy so you may have to wait a bit, but I promise the Rustic Inn will not disappoint!

The Rustic is a great restaurant with delicious food and great service. They have coloring books for kids, and everyone there is so nice. It is a charming restaurant with a warm and welcoming atmosphere
