Ruby Thai Kitchen

I low key love this place!!I frequent a location closer to my home and love it. I was so happy to see this business at the food court within Wheaton Mall. So good!!I bought the Pick 2 w Spicy Chicken and Bangkok Shimp w SingaporeNoodles. It was so tasty, fresh and fulfilling. Hubby scooped the Pick 2 w Spicy Chicken and Grilled Chicken w Rice. We enjoyed the speedy and pleasant service received as well as the super reasonable price and fresh quality food. I am definitely looking forward to visiting again in the near future.

Inside mall. Decent. Had rice. London. Chicken and more. Decent retail staff. They were busy. Big mall. 2 stories.

One of the better food court meals I've had in a long time. That's reason for extra half star. Had the shrimp pad Thai which I watched cooked to order in a wok in front of me. They even asked what spice level I wanted. So I got medium spice and my nose is running... but my tastebuds and tummy are happy. It's hard to see in the photo but there are tons of scallions and onions and a fried egg along with bean sprouts, celery etc. They also make noodle soups and fried rice to order plus they have Singapore rice noodles (if you like curry) "in the line" of usual mango chicken , and others...

I'm starting my 10 reviews or less series. These are restaurants that have had 10 or less reviews. Ruby Thai Kitchen in Wheaton Mall happens to have exactly 10 reviews, and I will make it 11.I live close to Wheaton Mall, and they have a pretty solid food court and other eating options that are not part of the food court. One cold Winter night, I was desperate for dinner, and I knew Wheaton Mall had many possible options.I couldn't decide what I wanted. Ruby Thai gave me a sample, and I thought the sample was pretty good; so I decided to go with it.I got a 2 entree plate with chicken & noodles, and it realized that the Thai was sub-par. It wasn't terrible; it just wasn't that good. I realized the food was too salty. It was fine for the sample, but after eating a few bites of a meal, I realized that it was a disappointment. There are definitely better options in Wheaton Mall.

Had to show love and give this place love. The negative reviews are incredibly petty. Too many cupcakes.The place is clean.The people are nice.They give a great quantity of food.The prices are fair.The pad Thai noodles are made in front of you...It's wonderful.5 stars. Try it out y'all. Don't be boujie.

We ordered here today for the first time. We selected the thai bbq chicken, pepper steak, mixed vegetables and white rice. Also, a shrimp pad thai was cooked to order. I feel that the thai bbq chicken was overly charred, and I had trouble picking out all the charred portions of the chicken; a good percentage of it was not consumed. The pepper steak was decent, but nothing special. The mixed vegetables and white rice were on par.The shrimp pad thai was swimming in sauce! It would have been much better had it not been inundated with the amount of sauce it had on it. Also the shrimp contained in it seemed a bit on the unseasoned side.

Pretty standard for a mall food court. Prices are a little lower than panda I think. Was about $7 for a 2 item combo half noodles half rice. Neither the noodles or rice were worth writing home about but were both acceptable (and I'm pretty picky on noodles especially). The mango chicken is really good. It has a nice light but really flavorful sauce and the chicken is soft and juicy but still crunchy. The cream cheese wontons I'd definitely get again. A little harder than I'd like but they tasted great.

very bad quality food. Rice was so hard, tofu was rubbery. I waste my moneys. I don't recommend this place. I'm not going anymore there.

Food ate discussing. People work inside don't wash there hand while prep food. Services are very bad . Please don't go there if you don't want to eat roaches

Great food and great service I was disappointed due to panda express being closed so I was looking for an alternative could not recommend this place enough and also all for a good price
