Every visit to Royal Tea is like a delightful surprise. The owner is always playfully experimenting with new flavors, making each trip an adventure. My go-to drinks are the Sunset Serenade and the Brown Sugar Milk--though it's always a tough decision since they keep introducing exciting new options. I'm particularly looking forward to trying the Hibiscus Green Tea and the Thai Tea Frappe next time. Choosing between all the fresh, unique flavors feels like a fun challenge every time!

Yes Yes!! My type of place!!Options galore w yummy add ins !!I came in during the week and ordered a Peach Lemonade. A little blown that they only offered it in a Large as I wanted Small/ Medium for portion control. Nevertheless, I had Boba added to my beverage and it was so so good!!The lady that helped me was nice. I'd revisit !!

I've been to Royal Tea a few times now, and I always love how helpful and nice their staff is. They have such a large assortment of flavors and options for such a small food stall. On my last visit, I saw they had a new flavor - strawberry brown sugar milk tea. OMG, It was the BEST boba I have ever had!! I got mine with oat milk, and the strawberry jelly boba was cut into the cutest little stars that reminded me of those origami stars that you blow air into. I can't wait to come back and have it again.

Awesome place and more awesome tasting drinks. The young lady was very attentive and quick. She took our order and offered other menu items to compliment our drinks. I will continue to try more bubble tea as I see there's a huge variety of flavors.

On the way home from Catonsville, my fiancé and I stopped by Royal Tea, a bubble tea spot inside of the Clarksville Commons. There wasn't much of a waiting area as it was located near the entrance of the food hall. Their popular beverages had a red crown icon next to it. My fiancé had the Mango Passionfruit Green Tea with Lychee Jelly. It was too sweet at zero sugar, so we asked to have it remade with Aloe Vera. I loved the With Love, which consisted of Rose Oolong Milk Tea with Strawberry Star Jelly and White Pearl at 30% sugar. I wish there was a Royaltea closer to me because I'd be there all the time.

Royaltea is located within the Common Kitchen. It's a bubble tea spot with a great variety of drinks. Although Tiger Sugar started my love of brown sugar boba tea, I seem to always go for the fruity teas at Royaltea. During my last visit, I got the mango green tea with the popping boba. It was so refreshing and a great compliment to whatever food I picked up from another vendor at the Common Kitchen. I don't have any complaints except they sometimes run out of things so you'll find yourself picking a different combination of tea and toppings than you'd originally planned. However, everything always tasted good. Maybe one day I'll give the milk teas a try.

Definitely recommend the rose lychee!!! It was refreshing, sweet, and floral. I also add lychee jelly as a topping and it was perfect. Highly recommend!

I ordered Rose Milk tea. Took some time to be ready but I was waiting for my other food from different place so didn't bother me too much. Reasonable price and tastes good. I have no complaints and would try this place again.

Ordered the milk black tea with boba. The milk tea flavor was not that memorable, in the sense that it was not watered down but the tea notes were also not strong. You can tell the boba balls weren't the best because they were oddly shaped and uneven in size. The sweetness of the drinks are decent so you can opt for your regular sugar level. The plastic seal on the drink also seemed flimsy so be careful with your drink.

A nice little drink spot within the common kitchen. The mother son duo provided quick service on our Original and lychee boba lemonades. Would definitely go back l.
